The Frosty Boy hasn't changed it terms of being an ice cream shop that only has outside seating. You order at one window and pick up your order at another window, which is how it's always been and they still carry the flavors that were there when I was a kid. The staff is was friendly and patient as the menu can be a little overwhelming due to all the options, which isn't a bad thing.
