My family has been coming here for quite a few years! Typically, the appointments are fine but…read moretoday wasn't that great. We got there early for our appointment, but even then, we didn't get going with the actual appointment until over 20 minutes past our appointment time. We were asked if contacts were considered, which was surprising since I mentioned when the appointment was made that 'it was for contacts'. Mind you I made the appointment months before. The optometrist mentioned that she could try on contacts that same day since they were in stock. I was told instead we'd have to set up another time to come in. I'm disappointed my teen did not get a chance to try on the contacts the same day of the appointment. Baffled even that she was unable to try them. In my over 20 years of wearing contacts, I've never experienced NOT being able to go home with a single pair of contacts! Let alone trying to see if she can put them in. Now we have to wait another two weeks to try them to see if they work (before putting in the order). I see a lot of new workers in the office even so, this visit is making me rethink where to go for my household eye prescriptions. I've also noticed an influx of clients. I've never seen so many in the waiting room at once.
