Pretty average food here, but convenient for a quick grab and go lunch. Got turkey and avocado half sandwich, and ham & Swiss sandwiches for the kids. They were pretty bland and flavorless. Chocolate chip cookies were pretty awful as well. The only halfway decent thing was my iced vanilla latte. I'd skip if you have other options and more time. read more

Arrived for lunch. Had a half turkey on french bread and a bowl of creamy tomato soup! Delicious! My husband got the club, he loved it. Also got a des luches and it was delicious! Friendly staff and clean read more

We were disappointed with this trip to Kneaders in Heber. We love the location near our home in Ogden, so when we saw this one on our way through the area we decided to stop and grab our favorites. We ordered our food to go and the packages that held our sandwiches had some sauce all over the bottom, which made a mess as we took everything out of the bag. The edges of beef on the French dip was dried out and hard (like jerky), like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. We ordered a second sandwich and asked them to leave the onions off, but they put the onions on it. Also ordered the double fudge brownie and it was super under cooked....almost still batter. read more

They were great, I ordered a Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich and Oreo cheesecake Briana M who took my order was super nice. I was given the wrong order and went back and she was so nice and swapped it for me. She took full responsibility for the mistake. I was not angry about it just wanted my food . I love how great she was even in the event of a mixup. She didn't blame anyone for it. We both laughed it off. Eli was very nice when handing me the correct food! And the fact I know him from school was a bit odd but nonetheless relaxed and kind. Would 100% recommend this kneaders!!! She certainly deserves a raise!! When I was going back I kept myself calm cause I work in customer service and understand the difference a little kindness makes. Thanks Briana M!!! read more

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. I waited 40 minutes for an iced mocha and they gave it to me hot. Shame on the owners for severely understaffing these poor kids running this place. People were so angry for the wait, it was a sad experience! read more

There are days when Kneaders is wonderful... those days are usually during the week, Monday-Friday, breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately nights and weekends are not the time to go. Customer service and the quality of food really slacks off during those times. We were hoping for the best...especially when you are paying $15+ for a sandwich combo. Todays order consisted of a Turkey Bacon & Avocado, but unfortunately no avocado . I love these sandwiches, but seriously? Leaving out an ingredient that is in the name of a sandwich? For dessert we thought we would try the cheesecake... hmmm for $5.49 I would expect something a bit bigger, and why in the world would they put them in the same box ? Ummm if I'm ordering 2 different cheesecakes then they might be for 2 different people! Again disappointed, great sandwiches, so so desserts , poor customer service. read more

We stopped here for breakfast and they were terrific---the egg/cheese/sausage croissants. The croissants were huge and tender and the eggs were perfectly prepared. The staff were pleasant and helpful. And yes, the place is very pleasant for spending an hr enjoying the meal and chatting while drinking coffee. We will return and try their pastries, or cookies, or brownies--they all looked delicious! read more

This was such a good place for lunch. Fresh bread and everything tasted amazing. I would rate this place a 10/10. If you're looking for a sandwich, coffee, or pastry this would be the place to go. read more

I really like the sandwiches here! Especially the French dip! A little pricey but they seem to use quality fresh ingredients and the staff are generally friendly. I've started coming here because lines at other local places are out of control. read more

We went in to order sandwiches. The line moved quickly. We waited 35 minutes for our order. Another lady was waiting by us and she had been waiting 40 minutes for a bowl of soup. The men's bathroom was locked. Update: We waited 45 minutes and one of the sandwiches was wrong and had to be remade because of allergies. Cherry tomatoes were used on the sandwiches and of course kept falling out. Not a good experience. They prioritize call-ins and drive thru. Don't go in!!! read more

I consider myself a cup half full person, but today my cup was unfortunately, half empty. I had only realized once I got home that my cup felt very light. Not ideal for a morning coffee. Would I go again? Sure but I'd check my coffee before leaving. read more

Love it, a bit expensive but those french toast are the best. The inside of the place feels cozy.

Really cute inside & has a drive through. Menu reminds me of Panera. The croissant I had was very fresh, we enjoyed our visit in and will likely be back. Just wish the coffee selection was better! read more

Traveling around the states, I always use Yelp to decide where to eat. All the places suggested didn't sound that great, but driving by, I saw this place and it was absolutely fabulous!! Ate there a few times. I noticed the negative reviews, but in todays employment situation, it was not a surprise. I don't know about the rest of you, but there aren't many businesses that haven't been affected by this new world we live in. For now, I'm happy to find good food. Service these days is a plus. read more

To be truthful, we came to buy a loaf of bread. And left with four! The ciabatta was perfect for sandwiches, an assiago cheese, and a sourdough loaf. When we got home, discovered there had been a mixup, but they had already closed.(Saturday, closed Sunday) so it was Monday before we could speak to anyone. The manager on duty said to come back and replaced the loaf free of charge with a hazelnut twelve grain. Hazelnut in bread??? Trust me, this is not the sticky-icky hazelnut used to pollute an already bad coffee. This nutty bread was most delicious, enough to eat it plain. The prepared sandwiches emanating from the kitchen looked so appetizing, and the cozy seating around the warm fireplace was just perfect. Leave room for dessert...lots of choices! I'm leaving four stars because of the front of house order taker. This young lady's shift was ending. She took our order, and just walked out. Leaving a pretty noticeable gap in getting our order filled, and getting us out the door. Her manager eventually filled our order, and seemed utterly non plussed by this girl's behavior. So the managers and cooks behind the wall knew what they were doing, but the front line employees didn't seem to care about the customers. read more

Yet another poor experience. This time, like last time, online ordering that wasn't ready at the time we were told. They seem lately to wait until you show up and ask for it before they do it. Drive through is painfully slow (last time) went in this time though. Used to be the best service in town, now it's one of the worst. I'm so sad to say this. 2 stars because the food is still good even though every other experiences is not. Oh and they locked the door behind me. It was also locked when I got there (despite several couples eating inside and no sign that the dining room was closed) but someone left that was eating inside came out and I was able to catch the door. read more

I used to love Kneaders. Unfortunately it has really gone down hill in terms of quality. They also don't answer the phone if you call with a question or to place an order for holiday rolls. You can no longer do this online either. It's too bad, as it used to be a decent little place. read more

Good coffee, ok for soups, sandwiches so so. I am more attracted to this bakery & coffee chain because of their decorations and gifts than for the foo itself. The pastries rarely seem attractive to me, too overloaded with sugar. Salads are just ok, not super tasty but not bad. Stick with those soups. read more

The food was amazing! I have never tasted a sandwich this good. The people there were very nice.

My turkey sandwich had about 1/2 oz of meat on it. What a scam! See pic Even subway puts more meat on a sandwich for 1/3 of the price, even though it's not meat meant for human consumption. I won't be back! read more

This place was crazy busy and so short on help. We went on a Saturday night. The cashier was so friendly and offered suggestions. I wish I got her name because she was the perfect person to have at the register. We came just for dessert. It took forever to get our four desserts and they were out of coffee. The desserts were amazing except they were out of vanilla sauce for the bread pudding. I asked for whipped cream instead. It was still pretty good but would have been better with the vanilla cream. We probably waited 25-30 minutes just for them to take the desserts out of the display case, put them on a tray and bring them to us. read more

For how much they charge, Kneaders is a 3 star restaurant. If they were cheaper, they'd be a 4 or 5 star Yelp restaurant. The food is good and usually it's a quality experience, but nobody wants to have to refinance their house to buy a turkey sandwich. If I can't buy some bread and soup for less than $10 there are some issues. If you like Panera and are okay with their prices, you'll like this place. read more

Absolutely disgusted with my experience here today. April the manager was incredibly rude, and should not be of this position. My friends and family will NOT come back. Really disappointed in a place we all used to love. read more

Team was so friendly and the restaurant was clean, warm and inviting when we walked in. Not a massive hot breakfast menu, but what they have is top notch. I visited with my family and our neice, and all three kids loved the pancakes and chunky cinnamon toast (the slices are at least 2" thick). The breakfast sandwiches on freshly made croissants were probably the best I've had. All-in-all, a very good first impression. read more

The sandwiches were good but the service was deplorable. The dining inside was closed due to short staffing so I tried to cut them a break. I waited outside 15 minutes past the time my take out order was supposed to be done, unable to contact anyone by phone or at the door. 2 staff members came outside could not have cared less about helping me. read more

Wow. Used to love their turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich which now costs over $10. Ordered two of them through the drive thru and there was hardly any turkey on the sandwiches at all and they were disgusting. Called to complain (which I rarely ever do) and they put me on a redemption list. I even called to confirm I was on the list and was reassured there was no time limit. Well, April today was very rude, told me I was wrong and that redemptions needed to be done within 5 days and that my order was from February - so she could still see my name on the redemption list. This is contrary to what I was told on the phone a few weeks ago. She was extremely rude to my daughter, to me and hung up the phone on me. Will not be going back. Thanks April! read more

What a great place, the food is amazing.. you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Oh what a delight. There's nothing I love more than a bakery and this place has a little of everything. Not a local Utah resident, so I enjoyed gawking through the glass showcase at all the yummy looking desserts. I chose a medley and was surprised that my two full bags cost a mere $16. The first time I went they forgot my apple pie. Since then the place NEVER has what I order. I've tried to order at 6, 7, and 8pm. They are always out of the soups, out of the baguette, out of cookies. They'll say what else can I get you and then they're sold out of that too. I've been refunded twice because they won't even realize they're sold out of what I ordered.. Just don't even waste your time. read more
