At the…read moreend of October we were told that the door arrived damaged and it would be clear until the middle of December until they could get a replacement. On 14 December they finally emailed to tell us door had arrived and scheduled an installation. They never showed, never told us there was a delay and didn't respond to my email or phone message. The next day I called them and was told that the door actually had not arrived and they had no idea when it would be coming in, if at all. So now, three months after the original order, we have to start from scratch and it will definitely NOT be with Pinnacle. STAY AWAY!!
