Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. I had tried to do a u turn when SIRI suggested it but then thats when I swung too wide and got stuck in a ditch on the right side of the road. I was so upset. But luckily Brandon from Chico towing came to my rescue. He pulled me out and gave me over the top customer service.
