They keep their portal updated so I can see the income and expense details. 3. I get a monthly report from the property manager letting me know what is going on at the properties. 4. They have good customer service. If I have a question or if the tenant has a question they respond quickly to address the question/concern. 5. They are detail oriented. I called Kading back and they said that they don't pay for the mailboxes and that it is up to me. Since Kading didn't have the keys to the mailbox, the post office clerk said that I had to pay $40 for keys to the mailbox... Moving out charges did not seem fair: They deducted money from my deposit that are normal wear and tear.
