This service has given us peace of mind that the job will get done, and we have such pride in seeing our home property look so great.

The owner of TPM, Tyler Rokowski, was the first to reply to my search on "Yelp." Tyler came the next day, surveilled the damage and got right back to me with his estimate. Not to lock him in on his rate; I just want to say that his price was more than generous. He gave me his appointment date and start time and showed up with his crew and equipment and got right to it. Never have I seen such a hard-working team. They did a great job in a short time. They took down the Part that was laying on my roof, cut away all the branches to prevent further damage and cut down the entire tree, cleaning up the yard as they worked. They took away all of the branches and the big logs, then they ground the stump down. They were at my house at the scheduled time and were gone by 2 pm. I highly recommend this business. Great people, great job, great price. Sincerely Tom Beebe Mystic, CT

He arrived after working all day at another job. He told me that his schedule was full and they could probably start in ~2 weeks. Two days later he called and they managed to fit us in. As mentioned in some of the other reviews they were extremely efficient and the area looked amazing when they were done. My trees were in dangerous spots for the house and the neighbor's building. They did a great job SAFELY. I've cut a lot of trees down (when I was 40 years younger) and I think that if you want trees removed these are guys I trust! I do think that you pay for the quality of work that you receive. I've seen cheaper services and I've also seen what happens when a big tree drops on a property. We had a large willow drop on a rental property of ours resulting in $100,000 + in damage. I would highly recommend talking to and using this team.

Do NOT Bother - I am not sure if this business even exists. Don't waste your time…read more I called, left my info, and at least received a text back. After that, the responsiveness took a significant nosedive. They never showed up on the day they said they would mow and didn't even bother to let me know - I had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on. I decided to give them a second chance and reschedule because, in fairness, it had looked like it was going to rain, I just would have appreciated some sort of communication. Trying to get them to commit to a day was impossible, and even when I gave them complete flexibility, they NEVER showed up and stopped responding completely. This whole charade lasted a week. I regret letting them string me along with false promises, so hopefully I can help others from wrongly trying to give this person (because I really don't think this is actually a legitimate business) the benefit of a doubt like I did; it is just a waste of time.
