The worst part was that the limbs caught in the branches of the trees (one right above my driveway). Steve came out and quoted me a very reasonable price and I agreed. Unfortunately, he wouldn't be able to get out for several weeks (big storm, lots of downed trees). I was concerned about using my driveway as the large limb was hanging overhead. Steve sent a couple of his guys out to take care of that limb right away. They then came back a couple of weeks later to complete the rest of the job.
