The owner showed up on time for the estimate and for the tree cutting. Something a lot of companies don't do. The workers were very efficient and made quick work of the project and cleaned up afterward. When I asked a question or pointed out one branch that was not dead but that I wanted trimmed they had no problem. On time, courteous, good job, reasonable price and cleaned up afterward. The worst part was that the limbs caught in the branches of the trees (one right above my driveway). Steve came out and quoted me a very reasonable price and I agreed. Unfortunately, he wouldn't be able to get out for several weeks (big storm, lots of downed trees). I was concerned about using my driveway as the large limb was hanging overhead. Steve sent a couple of his guys out to take care of that limb right away. They then came back a couple of weeks later to complete the rest of the job.
