They sent me replacement plate screws at no cost and even included a new guide rod, which went above and beyond my expectations. I had a guide rod that broke. I purchased 2 Glock slides. A 21 and a 17. The 17 broke on Feb 20th of 2026. It's March 20th a month later. I have sent emails-14, pictures-12, 2 videos and 3 phone calls. One I spent 49 minutes on the phone with them. They still deny they sent the wrong part. I ask for the company owner to call me Katherine Murphy by submitting a complaint to the BBB. The response is what you should look at in this. One: The part was a warranty item. Two:The email that I had to leave a five star review to get the part a warranty part for free. Three: The overwhelming amount of communication over the 10.00 warranty part. Four: The pictures plainly reveal they are 100% wrong. Five: the owner responds to the BBB insulting me saying I think it's the wrong part. That should tell you to never do business with them. I will report them to Google. Asking for 5 star reviews to warranty broken parts or bolster your profile is against policy. read more

I used them for parts to my GLOCK 21. Everything arrived on time as promised but one piece was wrong. I reached out to Customer Service and I was told to send piece back and they would send another one. Pre paid postage was sent to my email. Received 2cd one and it was wrong also, informed Customer Service and another one was sent, and this time they tried out for the fit to know it was right. I received it and it fit like a GLOVE, and because of the problems I was given a few nice goodies, ie Patch, stickers, and rubber band bracelet. I would recommend to anyone. Was recommended to buy a product from this company. Was told they were reliable and fast. They are neither one of those things. I needed a gas tube and there was only $20. I paid an extra $27 to have it expressed to me because I really needed the part to get a gun running that I just built and this company seems to have the gas tube and block lock all ready together. Rifle kits seem to be well made haven't put them together yet. Both lower parts kits bags had holes in them. When I unpacked my boxes all the tiny pieces scattered all over the floor. These guys have pretty good prices, but their SERVICE is horrible. I have been a dealer for them for about 7 or 8 years now and they are VERY slow shipping product out, even though they will hit your card within minutes of placing an order. It is pretty rare that I ever receive the entire order with correct parts. A year or so ago, I placed an $800+ order and called the dealer guy to try to get it out quicker so that I would receive it in time for a show that I had that weekend. He got the order out two days later and the original order went out at the same time. Neither arrived in time! I was double shipped and not billed for the second shipment. Rather than send one shipment back, I called them and told them of THEIR mistake and told them that I would keep both orders. I could have kept it and not paid for it, but I do not do business that way. Never got a thanks or anything. Last week I placed a good size order and received one item that was not what I ordered. I sent an email and got no response so I called and got a return authorization. They told me that I would have to send the wrong part back before, and them receive it, before they would correct THEIR screwup. I asked him to PLEASE send the right part as my customer is wanting his assembled upped and he said he couldn't do that. Recently found KM tactical online and placed an order for a couple of Glock Barrels. Then on eBay for some upper parts kit. I was very surprised and impressed the quick turnaround of my orders. As of writing of this review. I'm still waiting on parts from another company that I ordered before placing orders with KM tactical. A real test of a company is how they deal with a problem. Unfortunately one of the part I received was defective. I emailed KM tactical and within 24 hours. A replacement was its way to me. Definitely passed with A+. At first I was stoked to find exactly what I was looking for on this companies website. I placed my order and kept track of it. After about 2 weeks I noticed the package was still sitting in Kansas for the last bit of time so I reached out to the company. They responded that they have filed a claim and that I would hear from them soon. Two more weeks passed and I hadn't heard anything from them, so I reached out again and was told I just need to wait a little longer. At this time j also asked if they could just resend what I had ordered and I would ship back the other products of they did get to me at some point. Finally a month and half later when I had not heard shit from these people. I finally requested to get a refund back, for which they are now not replying to. Personally I would rather go buy weapons from that weird looking guy down a dark alley before buying anything from these Aholes again. I ordered parts from KMTactical through an online auction sight, everything arrived in a timely manner, the packaging was barely adequate but somehow the parts managed to not fall out. One of the items ordered was a barrel for an AR, I installed the barrel like a dozen other barrels before it, everything went normal. cleaning the barrel was " normal" too. When I tried to chamber and fire a round was when things went off rail. the first shot with factory Federal American Eagle 55 gr. 223 went bang but would not extract, I had to "mortar" the action open to extract the brass which was pretty roughed up to say the least, I tried another round with the same result, stuck case. I took the rifle home and pulled the bolt apart then used a set of Forster headspace gauges to see if it was a short chamber, normally, AR barrels are head spaced correctly when they are made but there is the exception. This barrel's headspace was good, so I took a look inside the chamber which to my surprise looked like it had been reamed with a corncob. I immediately sent a message through the auction site to KM Tactical about the problem their reply was several days later and basically said they would replace it if it was not used, which it had been, and that they only sold the stuff, not make it. Then to top things off they blocked me from bidding on any other items they sell which also kept me from leaving negative feedback for them. Most of what they sell is either cheap imported parts or it would appear, seconds from budget manufacturers like Bear Creek Arsenal, which has had its own problems. So, if you do buy from them and have a problem, be sure to leave your feedback before the second or third round of communication, or they will block you. read more

Have had parts missing numerous times after orders. Most recent was a barrel that was missing because of faulty packaging. Other company's package barrels in another box to secure it, km tactical just sent it in the little tube. Mostly chinese parts anyway. read more

After waiting for 37 minutes at checkout, 3 employees came out to the parts bar and said nothing. The employees did not even acknowledging that I was waiting, as if I'm waiting for my own enjoyment being 1 of 2 people in the store. I am done with KM tactical. After the employee did confront me, his excuses for being a lackluster salesman was "I have 150 uppers to build". This place has gone down hill. My last 5 trips to KM have been getting worse and worse with customer service. They just do not look or act like they care. The employee did go get the owner. The owner (acted as if he was above everyone) could not even give me an answer to as why KM has gone down hill. His only response to my complains was "ok".
