The first pair from the store in Belleville and the second from the one in O' Fallon. I had the original sales receipt from both however it seemed that the style I had loved for ten years had been discontinued. Tyler from the O'Fallon store had been searching and looking into finding this one for me for several days. On a last chance I called my church and someone had found them and turned them into the office. I just want to say that Tyler went above and beyond for me. This kind of customer service from any business or individual is almost unheard of these days. Thank you Tyler and I hope All About Eyes appreciate employees like you.

I got to my appointment early so I can be seen at my appointment time but the doctor was running late. He showed up 15 minutes passed my appointment time cuz he needed to make his damn tea. Before that issue the staff or so called office manager had a horrible horrible attitude towards a patient who was picking up her glasses. The staff was not professional at all. On top of all that the staff loves to talk shit about there patients after they leave or sit right in front of them. From someone who's comes from 11 years of healthcare this place violates ALL HIPA Laws. I would never recommend anyone to crown vision of ofallon il

I'm honestly appalled at this company's lack of accountability, communication, and documentation…read morepractices. I worked with one of their doctors who not once, but twice gave me medical advice and prescriptions that made my eyes worse, not better. I ended up having two medical emergency visits with another one of their doctors at another practice. Both visits could have been avoided with proper medical advice from the beginning according to the doctors who helped me during those emergencies. Apparently I wasn't the first one that happened to.... It so bad I was later told that they fired my regular physician. Despite recording a conversation of me discussing the malpractice for their records, they sent me repeated copay emails and texts. I spoke with corporate and the local store, saying I shouldn't have to pay because of the malpractice. All of which came back saying they would comp the bill due to the malpractice. I haven't visited that practice since November of 2025 and I'm still getting emails and texts regarding those copays. Despite working it out with multiple parties. Corporate was supposed to call me back regarding the bill weeks ago and they couldn't even follow through on that. I am still fighting with this company over these emails and texts. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Your eyes and blood pressure levels will thank you.

This statement is a total lie! He even acknowledged that he "ghosted" me when I stopped in their office to find out what was going on.
