Ill give you the daily review. In the interview I was told that I would be trained for two weeks. TWO weeks. Robert himself said he would train me show me everything.
I came into the office today and I was never told that the first two weeks would be unpaid not in the interview nor after I signed the contract.
It's only when I enquired that they told me. They left me dumbfounded clueless, didnt train me whatsoever. Left me in an office all to myself. I asked for help and she said she was busy had something to do and never came back. Didnt even show how to text a person with a cell. The computer moved so slow all day I couldnt even get back to the screens in times. Apparently, my phone was on do not disturb and no one notified me about that. Yubani didnt even show me how to clear loads after a company sends up the job. She did not show me anything at all. At the end of the day I got three loads and robert and her both told me to cancel them bc they were reserved for more of a weekend kind of thing.
One was from peoria to el paso tx.
The other from galena to point view tx.
And another one from rockford to south carolina.
There was absoulutely no help administered what so ever at all. None nothing. How on god's blue earth is anyone going to learn to dispatch car hauls when they dont even train the individual and it was my very first day.
What an unprofessional company. Wow. On my first day they told me they don't need me anymore.
They do not have a good managment and have such shitty workers that arent willing to teach you anything.
I just youtubed central dispatch you guys are robbing the dispatchers
they make $$ per load
I booked 3 loads today that were worth well over $2600 in just three rides
