I purchased ss brake lines for my 07 dodge ram 2500 4x4 and they came earlier than they said it would. The rear line hardware kit was lost at the shop and the KLM service department got another hardware for the rear to me ASAP! Will buy again when I get my lines for my 06. read more

I cannot recommend KLM Performance for brake line purchases. I ordered a Crown Performance stainless brake line kit for my 2018 Ford F-150. During the ordering process, I specifically discussed the brake lines with customer service and was even encouraged to add the rear caliper hoses to my order. Only after receiving the shipment did I learn that the rear caliper hoses were not available. Had this been disclosed before purchase, I would have chosen a different supplier or ordered directly from Crown Performance. To KLM's credit, they refunded the unavailable hoses. However, the result is that I am now left with a partially upgraded braking system consisting of both stainless braided and OEM rubber hoses because I had to source replacement rear hoses elsewhere to complete my brake overhaul. The most frustrating part was the customer service response. Rather than acknowledging the issue, I was repeatedly told that the availability disclosure was on the website. I provided screenshots showing no such disclosure on the product page, yet the response never changed. KLM also refused to accept a return of the remaining hoses. My recommendation to anyone considering Crown Performance brake lines is to verify availability directly with Crown Performance before ordering, or consider purchasing from another reseller that can confirm exactly which components are available and shipping before taking your order. A refund for missing parts does not solve the problem when customers are planning a complete brake system project and make purchasing decisions based on the expectation that the advertised kit can actually be supplied. read more

BEWARE!! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!! Warning to all this is not a company. This is a guy selling garbage out of his basement, KEVIN KELLY. This guy's poor attempt at deceiving, stealing and gas lighting are laughable. I'm not going to sit here and bore everyone with the details but yes, this guy sells bargain basement junk and has no problem trying to commit fraud. I purchased a Mopar CCV filter and this guy sends out a cheap replacement part instead. After I've been pouring on the politeness he will no longer respond to emails or phone calls for a return. I had to escalate this to a PayPal claim and waiting to see the results. So anybody reading this, please save your time, money, and a certain future headache and purchase elsewhere from a legit website. On a side note when I managed to get him on the phone, the one time I did, I found it very strange he strayed from the subject of business and went on a political rant about his love for Joe Biden and hate for Donald Trump... Even went so far as to call his own friends and family morons for being Trump supporters. Like how do you go from talking about car parts to sharing your political views with a stranger...? Lol You can not dream this crap up! read more

I went to their website to order a fluidampr-920301 harmonic balancer. The price was $591.60. Before I ordered I called on the phone and spoke to a Kevin. He affirmed that he had it in stock and the price was $591.60 and free shipping. Immediately upon getting off of the phone with him I refreshed the page and he raised the price to $630.71. When I called him and asked why he did that he said I should have ordered it faster. Well there was only a few minutes time lapse before he raised the price. He spoke like a true sociapath about it and was rude on top of it all defending his dishonest deed. This kind of attitude is bad for business people. Caveat emptor with KLM Performance. read more

Wish I had read the other reviews before buying from these thieves. Ordered an OEM Cummins water pump because they had the best price around. Item arrived damaged from transit (impeller broken). Seller sent me a return label and offered a refund upon return. I returned the item returned the item in the original boxes they sent them to me in as requested and then nothing. Nobody would answer the phone or respond to emails. I had to file multiple appeals with Paypal as these crooks kept lying to them saying it wasn't returned complete. The only thing that was missing were three tiny broken shards from the busted impeller (see attached photo). They decided to not only keep my pump, but also my money. Please save yourself the aggravation and grief. Shop elsewhere. read more

If I could give no stars on this company I would. We ordered a very simple part for my husbands truck. It has been over two weeks and it finally got shipped because the one they claimed to have in stock was damaged. Well we had asked to have it shipped to a different place then our billing address. Never had an issue with it before. They shipped it to an address we didn't want it to and an address we couldn't even access anymore. Did it with out communicating with us this was happening. Contacted their customer service and got a very quick response but a response that was extremely rude. Not helpful and was not able to come to an understanding. Very rude people, very unprofessional and will never do business with them again. STAY AWAY! read more

This company is a complete rip off. They buy from Amazon, double the price, then sell to their customers. I found an Amazon packing slip that someone mistakenly left in my order. BEWARE! read more

If only I could give zero stars. Ordered a pair of stainless braided brake lines for my GMC Duramax. Site states 12 business days to manufacture AND DELIVER. Unfortunately after a month of waiting NO DELIVERY and NO ETA provided either. I went back and forth for a week asking for an update but was denied. In short, "you'll get it when we send it". Called PayPal and demanded refund. PayPal processed my refund but we'll see if the credit comes through. Buyer beware. read more

Waiting for KLM to provide me with a refund for an item that was described on their website as fitting my vehicle but does not. At this point, KLM has not provided me with a refund after several emails and phone calls for the past two months. Buyer BEWARE!!!!! Tip: Check out manufacturer websites as some of the items KLM sells can be directly purchased from manufacturer...allowoing you to avoid KLM altogether....wish I knew this BEFORE I ordered from them. Great customer service when I ordered......but they SUCK for after sale customer service. I will amend this post IF KLM provides me with a refund. read more

********UPDATE 11/12/19 I wish I would have read the google reviews before I spent money and ordered with KLM.. Placed an order on 10/18/19 after calling tech support(Kevin) and asking questions. He told me to pay for expedited shipping and he would put order in on top of pile to get done quick and ship fast cause he knows we have the truck laid up with no brakes.... Well fast forward, Friday 11/1/19 call 3x all day, no return call, send emails, no return email. NOw today, 11/4/19, same thing, no one answering phone or returning messages. Called Crown Performance that I found from the other reviews who make the lines for KLM, John there was very helpful, and was not surprised by my call. He lloked thru his orders and said Keven from KLM last order was before my order 10/18/19.. I made a decision, called by CC company and put in fraud complaint, called John at Crown Performance and will have my new lines by Wed this week, witht he 2nd air shipping, was $50 bucks cheaper then KLM.. Do yourself A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE HIM!!!! Call John at Crown Performance, he was terrific! ******UPDATE*****SO after getting lines from Crown on 11/6/19, this idiot at KLM tries to be slick and place my order I gave him 10/18/19 on 11/7/19 with Crown Performance. They shipped a box to my house now and attempted deliver 11/11/19 which I refused. Have kept my credit card company updated of everything and have provided them with all the emails and reviews, does this idiot think he is going to get paid when he places an order 3 weeks late with the same company who already sent me the lines on 11/6/19 that I ordered 11/4/19? This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They don't answer the phone or return calls and emails. Even though the website says 12 to 14 days, it took a month to get the parts I ordered. I paid extra for 2 day air shipping, but it was sent UPS which they do for free. I requested a refund for the shipping and never got a response! I would not recommend this company and will never use them again. read more

Don't bother, you don't get any customer support, bought items, paid for and Kevin Kelly said 7 business days it's been 21 business days and NO RESPONSE to phone calls text messages and emails. Go figure read more

Absolutely 0! If I could for customer service! Also product had no instructions and missing parts and what I got was a filter specifying don't over tighten and I needed a vice grip to unscrew filter housing, which damaged filter cap cause my truck needed to be fixed! I could go on but. Ive owned a buisness for 20 years and the most important thing, I think is customer service. This worthless place won't even return your phone call. Obviously after you have purchased. I had a few minor question and called several times and no response or call back! So this means to me the sell shit they have no idea about! Maybe answer and say they don't know anything?? Never again. I could go on but... read more
