    I bought a used jeep Cherokee 2016.. on September 14th had couple of issues so I took it to the ‍ ce department from Nissan ,met Diane the service advisor and she was fantastic she took care of my concerns and also when the part came in and was installed I noticed that was the wrong rim..I talked to her and she made sure that we got the correct one. Am very Happy with her service as she was professional n friendly and they love my dog that goes with me everywhere. Again thanks Diane for the outstanding service.

    I cannot even begin to express my disappointment. In my lifetime I have probably owned 15 Nissans. The past three from Bruce Bennett. I've never felt more taken advantage of. I went to the dealership and was 100% honest about what I wanted to leave down and what I wanted my monthly payment to be. I understand the price of cars has gone up considerably ( what I paid and what I got is disgusting ) My one request was after the paperwork is all said and done. Please don't stick me in the room with the man or woman who asks you for even more money. I want a final price. I live on a budget. This is what I can afford. What happens????? I go into the room with the lady and all of a sudden the monthly lease payment is now $50 more than what I was promised. I start to walk out of the dealership and oh no oh no we found some sort of coupon. OK....fine I'll still go ahead with it. I knew at that point something was very wrong. I should have walked. The day I pick up the car (once they had my money) They couldn't even be bothered to show me the car. They gave me a BRAND NEW car with a horn that was not working. You'll never know how truly dangerous it is to drive a car without a horn until it happens. I had to make two more trips in order to have it replaced. Now not even TWO months in to leasing this car and the bottom bumper (with no damage no scrapes no nothing) has started to pull away and looks like it needs to be snapped back in. Once again I have to take time off from my job to go to the dealership. Thank God for the people in the service department. They have been nothing but wonderful, I cannot say the same for the sales department. I will never buy or lease another car from this dealership again. If anything else goes wrong with this BRAND NEW car, I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.

I took it back after about a month because it was making a loud noise, and they stuck me with a bill for the diagnostic and an estimate of $1,850. And did so with a smile on their face. They literally looked at me like the sucker I am. Avoid this place like the plague. They are total scammers. I will continue commenting...and commenting...and commenting. Randy and I had our first call on a Wednesday, he found the exact vehicle I was looking for on a Thursday, and I signed and drove my new car home on a Friday. Every dealership I had gone to before this was marking up the sticker price anywhere from $6,000 to $10,000 dollars, and unwilling to budge.
