I bought a used jeep Cherokee 2016.. on September 14th had couple of issues so I took it to the ‍ ce department from Nissan ,met Diane the service advisor and she was fantastic she took care of my concerns and also when the part came in and was installed I noticed that was the wrong rim..I talked to her and she made sure that we got the correct one. Am very Happy with her service as she was professional n friendly and they love my dog that goes with me everywhere. Again thanks Diane for the outstanding service. read more

Avoid! The service department is a joke, sleazy, do not return phone calls They do not honor tire warranties, over price the cost of repairs and let you wait 3 hours When you complain, by e mail or phone. You receive one apology from a clerical person with a promise of the service manager and GM calling you. She's sorry it happened! Yes, so am I You then fall into the black hole Nothing heard back from anyone else 5 days later! Nothing Major issues: I purchased 4 new tires from them in 12/2024 At 27,000 mile usage they tell me I need 4 new tires! I agree, but ask about the warranty on the tires which are 60,000 miles. Oh, we dont do that WTF? Less than half the amount of the mileage warranty and no one can do anything? The price was $ 350 more than Mavis quote, apples to apples, the same exact tire, balance, alignment I checked after I left the dealer and cursed myself after getting a quote from Mavis My bad To top it off, I waited 3 HOURS for this shitshow, simply to replace 4 tires. Whenever I have previously asked about a loaner, you get mumbo jumbo I did not buy the car from them and I'm thankful I did not, judging by their service department They do not seem credible, instead cowards who don't return e mail, or phone calls The service manager, I do not think exists. Two phone calls, he can't even acknowledge you? Just basic customer service, call you back? Needless to say, I won't be back Get Outlook for Android read more

Joe Matthews is rude and arrogant. He is not helpful and is a poor example of a Service Advisor. He is doing a disservice to the Nissan Brand and the Bruce Bennett Dealership. Jason Reis, the owner, was fabulous and helped me with my issue. read more

Horrible people treating you like a neglected step child. Just asking questions and get told to basically kick rocks, looking to get help with just taking out deadbolts on my rims and not even asking them to do it I just need the part. Hi, my name is Barbara. I recently sold my 2021 Mercedes-Benz to Bruce Bennett Nissan in Danbury, and I had a wonderful experience. I received quotes from several dealerships online, and Bruce Bennett Nissan offered the highest price. I spoke with TJ about the offer, and he was not only professional but also very understanding of what I was looking for. He assured me he would work with me to get the price where I needed it to be--and he delivered. From the moment I walked into the dealership, everyone I encountered was kind, attentive, and willing to help. TJ was especially helpful, genuinely listened to my needs, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was truly a pleasure selling my car to them, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future--whether buying or selling. If you're looking for a trustworthy, friendly dealership, this is the place to go! read more

Shithole, wouldn't budge on a price 7 years ago, got the same Midnight edition at another dealership, who did give me a break. Now even with me telling them to lose my number they keep contacting me. And from what I see in other reviews, I am not alone in my aggravation with them. read more

I cannot even begin to express my disappointment. In my lifetime I have probably owned 15 Nissans. The past three from Bruce Bennett. I've never felt more taken advantage of. I went to the dealership and was 100% honest about what I wanted to leave down and what I wanted my monthly payment to be. I understand the price of cars has gone up considerably ( what I paid and what I got is disgusting ) My one request was after the paperwork is all said and done. Please don't stick me in the room with the man or woman who asks you for even more money. I want a final price. I live on a budget. This is what I can afford. What happens????? I go into the room with the lady and all of a sudden the monthly lease payment is now $50 more than what I was promised. I start to walk out of the dealership and oh no oh no we found some sort of coupon. OK....fine I'll still go ahead with it. I knew at that point something was very wrong. I should have walked. The day I pick up the car (once they had my money) They couldn't even be bothered to show me the car. They gave me a BRAND NEW car with a horn that was not working. You'll never know how truly dangerous it is to drive a car without a horn until it happens. I had to make two more trips in order to have it replaced. Now not even TWO months in to leasing this car and the bottom bumper (with no damage no scrapes no nothing) has started to pull away and looks like it needs to be snapped back in. Once again I have to take time off from my job to go to the dealership. Thank God for the people in the service department. They have been nothing but wonderful, I cannot say the same for the sales department. I will never buy or lease another car from this dealership again. If anything else goes wrong with this BRAND NEW car, I will be calling the Better Business Bureau. read more

if -10 stars was an option that's what I would choose. Save yourself some aggravation and don't buy a car here. The older used cars on their lot going for 10 K or more or one step up from purchased a vehicle within 15 minutes of driving off the lot airbag light came on within seven days check engine light came on car had damaged. Called specifically about a car and I asked if it was still available. They took my information and assured me they still had it. I got an Uber there within an hour for them to then tell me it was sold last week. They then try to start showing me other cars. Went to this place looking for a car for my 16 year old daughter. Found a 2014 Ford fiesta only had 61,000 miles on. It is the reason why we went down for a 2 Hour Dr. when we got there we had an appointment with a guy named Marlin. The first thing that this guy said to us was I have to tell you guys something. The car is in good shape but it reeks of cigarette smoke. We have a machine that's in the car right now trying to make it smell better. it's not that bad but you can just pretend you're at a nightclub. My comeback was why didn't you clean the car out two months ago since you've had it he told me outright that that car is his bait car people come down to see it, and after they smell the cigarette smoke in the car, he tries to sell them higher priced vehicle. He actually said that to me, my daughter and my son, who is also with me on top of it, they try to add a $999 conveyance fee which everybody knows is totally negotiable. I told him I was gonna pay cash and also they sent me a $500 coupon. He said he would apply that and the car went from 6900 to 8400 and I told him the car stunk so bad and I'm not gonna do that to my daughter to make her drive around in the car and his reply was you can just drive with the windows down so like I said, I told him I was gonna pay cash into the best he could for me he said how much do you want to pay for the car? I said I didn't want to pay any more than $7500 for it so he was playing back-and-forth with me then left me and my two kids in a room and went and was taking care of another family at the same time so we got tired of him and we were leaving and when we are leaving, he came into the parking lot to my car and said hey you know what my sales manager said I can give it to you for $7700 all of a sudden and that he was gonna shampoo the car himself. There was also in the trunk a piece of plywood that was half torn ripped, and the carpet in the car was placed over the top so the trunk had no sturdiness to it all and I wanna question him about it. He said he never saw it and didn't know what I was talking about. He also told me that the reason why the car was so cheap is because it was in an accident, but the accident was minor to the door, but if you looked on the description for the vehicle, it was never in an accident so these people are shady as fuck. Stay away run away don't go anywhere near this place total rip liars read more

Mark C was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Made leasing my new car easy!

Not sure if this was even a salesperson. Didn't explain that car was in other facility so they drove us there in a personal car. When we got there the person was talking to a different worker about their personal life and car was only shown after 15 mins of chit chat. Didn't explain anything about the car, just said here's the car. After I told the person I do not like the car the ride back to the dealership was questioning me why I don't like the car and when I said the condition of the car is bad for the price they said this is the best price in CT for this car and I won't find a better deal. read more

5 stars to Maya, Dionis, and Hassan! Great salespeople drives any business. Thank you! You guys made my purchase of my 2022 two-tone pearl white, wheat interior Platinum Rogue possible. BUYERS: Watch out for the Finance Manager (Scott?) at this dealership. I almost fell for his scheme of selling me a $600 extended warranty for $3000. This scheme almost killed this deal. 5 stars because 1 asshole at the dealership shouldn't affect their online reputation. That's just unfair. DEALERS: Please get with the times. Fire these FINANCE MANAGERS and just replace them with online financing and warranties. It'll be simpler and you'll have a TON of new business. BUY YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY ONLINE. My wife and I bought 7 cars from this dealership when it was still owned by Bruce Bennet. Always left satisfied. Always a fair deal and they always worked with us. We tried going back to get a new car just recently. What a difference. No call backs when you leave messages, no follow up. They just don't seem to care. What's worse, is they are now saying things like "that will never happen". Really??? I gave them every opportunity to work with us and meet somewhere in the middle, and they simply would not work with us. So bye bye! You had your chance. Bruce Bennett Nissan - My new Murano.... not from Bruce Bennett. - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Wilton, Connecticut

If you want a new Nissan, RUN don't walk to Bruce Bennett Nissan! As soon as you walk in the door, you are instantly greeted warmly and made to feel like part of their family. I went with my elderly Mother-in-Law this past Saturday to get her a new Sentra to replace her Sentra coming off of a lease. She only has a fixed income and we were a little concerned about her ability to get a new car considering the shortage and other Covid fallout. All of those concerns went out the window when we met Tania! Tania is just a breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine. She is an amazing saleswoman. She showed us the car that my MIL was interested in and the many color choices. She explained all of the new and improved features of the car since it was recently redesigned. Tania knows her stuff! Realizing that my MIL had difficulty walking, she brought the cars right to the door for her test drive which was super sweet. My MIL LOVED the car and I think that hardest part of this whole transaction was picking a color! This dealership has a lot of inventory whereas other dealerships closer to our home did not. Tania was so helpful and positive during every step of the car buying process. Tania's attention to detail and truly warm personality is a winning combination. Once my MIL was set on a color, we were introduced to Kurt, the Finance manager. Now, I have worked with many auto finance managers in several dealerships and they always seem disheveled and disorganized. Not Kurt! His office was so welcoming! Kurt is so knowledgeable about every step of the process and made a usually daunting process for an elderly lady on a fixed income, easy as pie. He understood that she was a great Nissan customer and helped her to get all of the paperwork completed quickly. Ting, the Sales Manager, is a wonderful man. While working through the deal with my MIL, he made every effort to make sure we received the best customer service and best price for her trade. He truly went above and beyond for us and we appreciated it. Ting definitely seems to love his job and the people that he works with. You can always sense when people enjoy working together. You can tell that he has the customer's best interests as his highest priority. I cannot say enough about how much Bruce Bennett Nissan impressed me! From the minute we stepped into the dealership until we were driving out of the lot. All of the employees were professional and always had a smile. They even had free BBQ that day! In the lobby they have all kinds of complimentary refreshments and plenty of seating for customers. Since we are getting into Fall now, the dealership was festively decorated with Halloween decorations and other fall décor. This just made the place fun from the get go. We knew as soon as we arrived that THIS was OUR new Nissan dealership from now on! We live about 40 minutes away from Wilton CT but it was well worth the trip to have had such an amazingly positive experience. read more

My worst experience at a car dealership ever. Once we agreed on the price on the car, they proceeded to add roughly 1500,00 in "fees". Also, when adding the sales tax to the car, they didn't simply add the price of the car times the percentage of the taxes. They added the price of the car, plus all the extra fees, then that number multiplied by the tax rate. Clearly only the amount of the price of the car gets forwarded to the state, meaning they pocket the rest. Kept my deposit money hostage almost a week, making me unable to shop for anything else for almost a week. Completely unprofessional. To think I drove from Long Island to CT for that. read more

Not a single salesperson available to help us for more than 30 minutes. Only to be told the car we made an appointment for was sold in the last hour. What upset me the most was how INCONSIDERATE the dealership was...no EMPATHY that the car was sold or any real attempt to show us an alternative. The manager made the receptionist walk us outside to see another Sentra that was trashed, dent in the hood with dirt and food crumbs all over the interior. Over an hour now at the dealership and no sales person to ask questions or request to see something else... Complete waste of our time, and handled very poorly. If this is how I'm treated the day I was going to spend thousands of my hard earned cash, how would I be treated in the future?! read more

I bought a 2011 Nissan Versa from here about 6 years ago as my first car. The buying experience was okay at best. I saw the Internet price for the car and it came with a warranty for $10k or 11k. I told the car salesman and he was arguing with me until I showed him the internet price and he had to go to the manager to see if it was correct. It took awhile to get him to agree that that was the price that brought me into the dealership or else it was a no-go. How can you lie about what's on your website?? After buying the car, it was really all down hill from there. My car needed continuous service and I ended up investing a ton of money into it. I went last year to get my car fixed again and saw that I didn't have a warranty on it even though it wasn't five years yet and I paid for the 5 year warranty. I went to talk to a manager about my coverage and sure enough, I signed on something that made no sense (my fault, I should have looked. Ended up that it was five years from when the previous owner bought the car). But the guy wanted to appraise my car and get me into something new. I took the bait and said okay to getting it appraised and gave him my number because I was leaving while my car was being fixed and appraised. I came back to get my car and never heard from the manager. Never received a call or anything. I keep getting about 3-4 emails from Bruce Bennet and letters in the mail about them wanting to buy my car. But no one has called me to help me out! So long story short, I sold my car Saturday to get a Subaru. I will never come back to Bruce Bennett again. read more

After reading a similar review I can confirm that they seem to only want to sell you a new car and list used cars to lure you in. I called ahead asking about a specific car that was listed that I wanted to come take a look at. Upon arriving they asked what kinds of cars I was looking for. I mentioned the specific car and the salesman kept asking questions eventually offering to bring out an SUV for me when the car I was looking for was a sedan. He told me the car I had called a few hours ago about had sold within the last hour. Then when I selected a different used car after waiting 45 minutes I was told the used cars were blocked in by a recent delivery and while we waited he would show me some new cars. Buyer beware...read fine print carefully! There is a $4,000 charge for being a certified used car. You have no option but pay this if the vehicle is certified. I also drive a NISSAN Rogue so wanted to have parts from an actual NISSAN. The service was great. Jeff was very nice to work with.
