Horrible place. They shoved my 2000 dollar wedding dress into a garbage bag. There was mud on the bottom of the dress and the mud then got on the beading of the top front of my dress. They never ended up cleaning it, it sat in a bag for 3 weeks until we got fed up and picked it up to bring to another company. Nobody apologized. Truly incompetent people. I have been a customer since this location opened. The staff is friendly and the service is always fast. My shirts used to be near perfectly pressed. In the last 3 or 4 months my shirts are almost always missing collar stays and the pressing of the shirts has been poor and sometimes very poor. I'm considering changing locations as returning the shirts to be pressed and have collar stays is annoying. I would love to have the great job on my shirts return again. Someone needs to train and follow up on this location. read more
