    Klink Events was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. Jennifer was so well organized, great at communicating and the sweetest person to work with. I only had one major breakdown during my wedding planning process and Jennifer picked me right back up and told me to trust in her that it would be perfect. Guess what it was! The day of Sandy was her assistant, she was so nice and on top of everything. Those two work very well together. I felt like my wedding was better than I had imagined. After our wedding I looked at my Husband (man a few words) and if said that was the best wedding and he had so much fun! Thank you, Jennifer, for all your hard work to make our wedding unforgettable.     OMG!! I will be recommending Klink events to everyone I know, especially Bella! She is the sweetest most caring person and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator for my wedding. She is extremely organized and confident in every decision that she makes. She will respond to your texts, emails and calls quickly and efficiently. She is so calm and you can tell she really does love her job. Just knowing that she had everything under control made me feel so relaxed and at peace the whole day. We decided last minute during the reception to do table photos and she made it happen on the fly and everything else still went perfectly even with the last minute add. There was also rain in the forecast and we kept going back and forth about what to do and we ending up renting a tent two days before the wedding. Bella worked around it and made it just as beautiful. The whole day she will continue to check on you and ask if you need or want anything making you feel so comfortable. She is also running around the whole time making sure there are no hiccups which there was NOT ONE. She genuinely cares about what you want and if you put your trust into Bella you will not be disappointed one bit! My now husband and I had the best day of our entire lives and she was the biggest part of making that happen for us. Truly I do not know what I would have done without her.     Having Klink Events coordinate our wedding day was the best decision for our big day! I am beyond grateful for Jenifer and her team. She is professional, organized, and very knowledgeable in her field. Jenifer was always there to discuss or jump on a call prior to the wedding. The quality of service for the price is unmatchable. Our entire day was seamless and stress free. She is so good at what she does and I don't think anyone else could've handled our wedding. There was a lot of moving parts and we found her only two months prior to our day, but she handled it like a boss!! She would manage everything and all the vendors with a smile on her face ( on a very hot summer day). During the wedding she would explain to every family member their part and get them ready for action. She would explain what's coming and how to handle it to myself and my husband. She managed the entire wedding and every time I looked she was next to me. Her staff was very professional and friendly. I can't thank her enough for giving us the best day ever!! It all turned out better than I could have imagined and I know it wouldn't of been possible without her! I would recommend her to all my friends and family.     Jenifer, we cannot thank you enough for coordinating the perfect wedding day! Upon our first phone call with Jenifer, it was clear that she was a well-seasoned, calm, and collected professional. We enjoyed talking with her and she had a ton of experience executing weddings at our venue (Ole Hanson Beach Club)! We booked the "Just a Sip" 90-day Coordination with her shortly after. Jenifer was so helpful throughout the planning process, even before the 90-day mark. Jenifer handled all of the little details and multiple vendors with ease. We really liked the online platform, Aisle Planner, where we could collaborate with her and organize all of the many many details that go into wedding planning. We so appreciated her calming presence and reassurance throughout the whole process. Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful and I'm so thankful to have had Jenifer in my corner! Days before the wedding, she even helped me to find a hair stylist because the one I originally hired was flaking. Last minute fire drills? Jenifer's got you! The day of our wedding (Aug 2022) was flawless! Jenifer and her assistants, Miranda & Claudia, were an A-team! If there was a problem, we sure didn't know about it! We were so well taken care of. They were always near with a helping hand - not only for us (the bride and groom), but for our parents, grandparents, and bridal party. All of our decor and details were laid out beautifully and with care in their designated places, and they packed everything up for us at the end of the night. EVERYTHING ran seamlessly! We know there was so much going on behind the scenes, but from our perspective it was as if everything just magically fell into place. Alongside everything running smoothly and on time, they even helped me pull off a surprise dance performance for my husband! Jenifer and her team can handle anything you throw at them with poise and professionalism - and that's the kind of coordinator you want on your wedding day! Our day couldn't have been better, and we owe so much of that to Jenifer.     Jenifer came highly recommended by our venue at the Ebell Long Beach and with good reason. Hiring Klink Events was one of the best decisions we made early on in our planning. Our wedding was complicated and elaborate--two venues and ceremonies, bus transportation for 150 guests, four outfit changes for the bride, a duet by the couple, champagne tower, etc., and was extremely stressful to plan and execute. Jenifer made the process as seamless as it could be, and was always there to reassure and answer any questions throughout the planning process (while handing us the reins for the most part, which was ideal for someone as Type A as myself!). On the day, we felt like we had composed a very complex symphony that we were now ready to hand over to a professional orchestra and our trusty conductor, Jenifer, who handled things beautifully and solved every snag. She is a joy to work with and we could not recommend her enough!!!

    We had an amazing experience working with Jen, Sandy, and Derek for our wedding day and rehearsal. They were recommended by our venue and we now know why. They were extremely communicative, organized, and approachable during the entire planning process. Jen has such a positive, warm, and infectious energy that helps a lot during a typically stressful time. She was extremely quick to respond to any and all questions we had (we had many). Derek and Sandy commanded the room efficiently during the wedding rehearsal and ensured everyone was aware of their role and timing. It's clear they come with so much experience because they knew exactly what to do in every situation that came up. We had absolutely no worries during the big day because Jen and her team took care of everything for us. She kept saying "Don't worry about it, we got you! Just have fun!". Anything we asked, her team delivered and more. It's not an easy task wrangling all the guests and vendors in a seamless fashion but Jen, Sandy, and Derek did exactly that.     Jenifer and her team were the best decision for our wedding day! Jenifer has lots of wedding knowledge, made me feel at ease through the entire process of wedding planning. She was always willing to schedule a quick chat to answer any and every random question that came it mind. I loved the way Jenifer communicated with all other vendors and totally took the stress off my shoulders the week leading up to our wedding. Other than the groom accidentally ripping his pants, the entire wedding went successfully without any issues and I have Jenifer and her team to thank for that. I would recommend Klink events to anyone who wants to plan their own wedding, but needs guidance and a day of coordinator. Klink is amazing and will give you a perfect day with memories that will last a lifetime.

    Thank you Klink for being a part of our wedding day team! It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer Eddy (behind the scenes vendor coordination/timeline building) and Allene Marshall (on-site rehearsal lead and day of coordinator). Having someone else on-site directing all the moving parts helped to put me at ease on the wedding day. They use Aisle Planner as the software to keep track of all vendor contracts, to-do lists, and timelines. Our wedding venue had quite the challenging 45 minute setup period and Allene and her assistant got everything in it's place for setup as well as break down at the end of the night. Allene even did her best to get wrangle our DJ who had gone rogue with the timeline. We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made. Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding. I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc. She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again!

    Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

    I would not recommend Events by Sepali to Satan himself…read more This review is based entirely on my personal experience as a paying client for our May 2025 wedding. I'm sharing it so other couples, especially in the South Asian community, can make an informed decision before trusting this vendor with one of the most important days of their lives. THE SHORT VERSION - If your goal is to: Set your (and your family's) hard-earned wedding savings on fire Add massive stress, confusion, and chaos to what should be a joyful planning process Scramble at the last minute to save your own wedding from someone you paid to help ...then by all means, book Events by Sepali. For everyone else: RUN. TIMELINE & ENGAGEMENT We reached out in early 2025 for day-of coordination for our May wedding. We had already secured our venue and vendors. All we needed was a professional coordinator to pull everything together, manage logistics, and keep the timeline on track. Instead, we got: "Planning calls" that were often late, missed, or rescheduled and NEVER actually productive or involved any planning. Excuses instead of accountability. No clear structure, no detailed plan, and no confidence that anything was actually getting done. UNPRODUCTIVE PLANNING & NO DELIVERABLES Whenever we asked for something concrete, like a finalized timeline or vendor coordination details, we were: Given "homework" that felt like busywork, not meaningful progress Asked for things that weren't urgent priorities Left feeling less confident after each interaction MONTHS went by with: No real timeline No confirmed day-of plan No introductions to any "team" members that were kept being referenced No vendor calls or proactive coordination TWO WEEKS OUT: CRISIS Less than two weeks before our wedding: No vendor introductions (because they were never contacted) No communication with our full vendor team No confirmed day-of staff (because there was no staff) After I privately and respectfully raised serious concerns, we were told that, after an internal "team discussion," it would be best for her to remove herself from our wedding and issue a full refund. This decision came DAYS before our events. THE REFUND THAT NEVER HAPPENED (IN FULL) What followed over the next six months was: Delays and excuses A strange "$1 test" Zelle payment instead of promptly issuing the actual refund Repeated promises with no meaningful follow-through As of writing this review, we still have not received the full refund she agreed to provide. In my opinion, walking away at the eleventh hour and then failing to honor that commitment shows a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. INDUSTRY & COMMUNITY FEEDBACK After this experience, we spoke with other vendors and former clients and heard similar stories: Overpromising and under-delivering Last-minute chaos "Sepali is always the last vendor in, first vendor out" Reliance on loosely assembled, ad hoc help instead of a consistent, trained team We also learned some vendors are hesitant to speak publicly because they rely on referrals. That alone is telling. From our vantage point, the "team" did not appear to be a stable professional staff. We heard about freelancers and even requests to "borrow" staff from other vendors, completely misaligned with what you expect when hiring a professional coordinator for your wedding. THE REAL COST Because of this situation: We had to scramble and hire new, unvetted coordinators, communicate with vendors, and hastily put together a timeline at the last minute at a higher cost. In fact our total costs for the wedding went by 30%, AT LEAST, due to Sepali's action's alone. We endured completely avoidable stress in the days leading up to our events We lost both time and money dealing with someone who, in our experience, did not deliver on promises and did not resolve the situation appropriately And based on my personal experience, think very carefully before trusting this vendor with your wedding We trusted her with our day. She exited at the last minute, did not make things right, and left us to fix the damage ourselves. Couples deserve better. Families deserve better. Your wedding is too important to risk. FINAL VERDICT If you are considering Events by Sepali: Just dont, stop and walk - RUN. You are better off letting an intern or high school volunteer use your big day as a capstone project for free. People like Sepali that cause this much pain to a newly married couple deserve to burn in the reddest fire in hell.

I must have changed my mind a hundred times regarding the decor or design of our wedding, and she immediately rolled with the punches and did everything possible to make all of that happen. We had multiple vendor meetings together in person despite being in a pandemic and she always brought her a-game to those. We never knew what questions to ask the vendors, but honestly, we didn't have to! Cortney literally runs the show and gets all the hard talking done so you don't have to. My parents, my bridesmaids, and even guests of the wedding kept commenting on how efficient she was at addressing and fixing all the little things that naturally happen during the day of the wedding. For example, the evening before our wedding rehearsal she asked me if I had a coat for the next day since it was going to be chilly. I told her I hadn't and literally right after the rehearsal, I received text messages from her at the mall with pictures of coats that she thought would look good with my dress. We toured a couple venues from another well known company and some Wedgewood properties, and ultimately decided that Wedgwood Aliso Viejo best fit our needs. From our first meeting all the way to the day of (16 months later), we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Breanna and Sierra were exceptional planners and their meetings with us leading up to the wedding really made us feel like we didn't have anything to worry about. I'm a very type-A person and I never felt like I was asking for too much. We had all of our questions answered and had pleasant interactions with Kimberlyn as well. On the day of, Sierra, Lily and DJ Rachel were extremely attentive, communicative and overall on top of everything. I appreciate that we were able to call, text and email any questions we had at any time and heard back from the Wedgewood team in a very timely manner. Of all of our wedding week events, we had the least concerns about the wedding day and everything ran smoothly and to our liking. We have been receiving tons of compliments about how the staff were running a tight ship and that we didn't have to worry about anything because it all was taken care of. I am very big on customer service and we have not heard a single negative comment from any of our guests. The only hiccups with our wedding were issues with outside vendors that the Wedgewood team helped us address. The vibes were great, the food was amazing, we even had good compliments about the bartender being very cool and making amazing drinks. We really could not have imagined our special day any better than it turned out and we are so incredibly grateful to all of the Wedgewood Aliso Viejo for making it all happen!

Every little detail from our specialty rentals, florals, and decor came to life thanks to her. As I started planning out more of the inspiration board and putting photos together, I knew I wanted my wedding to be elegant, classy, and timeless. That's when I got the vision to make my wedding into a 2000s rom com vibe. The idea was to have everything be simple and delicate but still enhancing the botanical garden. You could feel the love radiating in the room and admiration for all the thoughtful details that came into the big wedding day! It was truly the best day ever thanks to Fetelle Designs! They are worth every penny, I wouldn't have survived this wedding journey without them. Even though I didn't work with Nikki personally, she handles all the social media marketing and I just want to acknowledge how much she kills it on there. The way she will hype you up through your bridal era and all the photos from your wedding festivities is truly so sweet. From start to finish she has kept us organized and on task during the months leading up to our wedding. As far as design, I gave her some overall inspo at the start of our meetings and during the planning process she took my inspiration and executed design elements that felt so "us" and absolutely hit the nail on the head for now we wanted our day to feel! She took extra note when I mentioned elements that were important to us, or that we knew we wanted to incorporate. These elements were very much present throughout our entire day! Nikki also put us in touch with various incredible, local OC vendors such as our baker, photo-booth, and stationery vendor. I can genuinely say it was such a pleasure to work with each of her recommended vendors, and I would love to work with them again anytime! Nikki, our wedding day turned out beyond our imagination and we truly couldn't have done it without you. While there, we stumbled into the ball room where we stood in awe at what was at the time, one of the most beautiful wedding designs I had ever seen. My mother and I promptly asked the first person we saw who was designing this wedding and got a card for a "Natalie Good". I pocketed the card and thought- one day! Fast forward 5 years I had met Matt(my now husband) and we were moving into together. I was cleaning my room at my parents house and came across Natalie's card and put it in my purse. 3 months later, Matt proposed on a Saturday and the following Monday I called Natalie and booked her. First and foremost, Natalie is an angel on this planet. Wedding planning is so stressful and I never had to worry about a single thing, she went above and beyond to make sure I was not stressed and happy. She is more than just our wedding planner and over the 3 years we planned my wedding (thanks covid...), she became my friend and someone who I adore Second, when going down this road, I think trusting your planner/wedding team is extremely important to make sure the process is seamless and smooth. I can tell you that without a doubt, I trust Natalie and her team implicitly! I trusted them so much that I let them run free on the design for my wedding and I could not have been happier! Everything was perfect and so gorgeous- from the table design to the flowers, everything was flawless and it was so amazing to watch her vision come to life. It's been 3 months and I am still getting calls and compliments from all of our guests and even friends of guests who weren't there but saw pictures. She is insanely talented and has an unbelievable list of vendors that are just as talented. We even had a silent disco at our wedding and it was a hit! Third, her team is awesome. The women who helped me specifically- Ellie, Kennedy, and Maddy- where next level professional and so helpful. There were nights where I would be up at midnight and text Ellie and she would always answer and talk me down. Kennedy and Maddy were running around on wedding day making sure I was hydrated and fed and happy. Everything about A Good Affair is top notch and I could not be more grateful or fortunate to have had them design, plan and make our dream wedding a reality. I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a team to take your wedding to the next level and who will be there every step of the way to make your dreams come true!

    This review is based on my communication with this company. I didn't hire them so I can not say if…read morethey provide great service for your party. What I can say is, they don't really go straight to the point and communicate back n forth in email when you had requested 3 times to call you to talk it out. I mean, if off the bat you're having a hard time conveying your plans, pricing with me then its not worth my time. They reply back quick, which I appreciate but them going around in circles is annoying. Also, if you're looking for budget, this is NOT the place for budget. She knew my budget, yet continued to ask questions through email. Finally, she gives me the quote of $10-$15k for a wedding next year (saying pricing will go up next year) and if its something i am still interested in. Wow, knowing where my budget is, which was less than $3k, and you know your asking is triple that, is so unprofessional. This is not accommodating to new clients or at all helpful. If you plan to have a wedding with a $10-$15k budget in mind then this might be your type of vendor but if you're asking for really minimal details for $3k, and they don't just say "sorry our services are over your budget" then they don't care or respect your needs. These days, customer service should be catered to what you can provide for the client. If you can't make it work, then just simply let the client know. Do not waste their time with back n forth email. Some of us don't understand what you're saying in email and a clearer communication shows you care enough to explain it.

    So happy we booked Heather for WTW's month-of package. We were actually looking for a day-of…read morecoordinator but after speaking with Heather, we realized that month-of would be more beneficial especially with vendor logistic/timing (plus WTW prices were reasonable). Heather saw us 2x before the big day: final venue walk through and our rehearsal day. She was super organized during those 2 days and helped guide us with our venue and corral our entire wedding party during the rehearsal. Heather also provided us with a day-of timeline, even for the hours she was not physically at the venue. On the wedding day, she arrived with Annaleise (team member) around 3pm and immediately got to work with the decor set up before our 6pm ceremony. All we had to do was hand over our room key and off they went! To be honest, we were so busy that day that if we didn't have Heather helping us out, I'm not sure how we could've accomplished what we needed to do. No amount of uncles and aunties could've done what WTW did in the same amount of time hah. Plus we had a cocktail hour "flip" during our ceremony, so having WTW help us during that time was crucial. At the end of the night, all our items were returned to vendors or packed away in the boxes we brought them in and stored in our room. During the month of, WTW used Google's suite to keep everything organized and documented, which I found very helpful since its a program that I am familiar with (vs learning a new program). And Heather also provides some rentals if you want to add more to your decor, which was also VERY helpful when we needed more candles and stands. Heather is professional, calm, and assertive. She knows what needs to be done to help make your day run smoothly and is a team player with the vendors and venue. For reference, our wedding was in Riverside, a church ceremony, 8 people in the wedding party, 120 guests, ~10 vendors, plated meals, and a hotel venue reception. We had a couple funky additions in the night which made the reception feel nontraditional, but Heather handled them like it was normal. We haven't received official pictures yet, but when we do, I hope to update this review so any new potential clients can see her magic. Thanks again!!
