Working with Klink Events, and especially Jenifer, was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. The Wedding Planning vendor was one of the last we booked, ~5 months out from our wedding date, because we thought we were the couple that could plan a wedding mostly on our own, and boy were we wrong! Jenifer brought so much to the table that we hadn't thought of (including but not limited to connecting us with vendors that we hadn't thought of, setting us up on a project management software that helped to organize our timeline and to-do list) and was always available for quick questions via email or calls with our DJ, photographers, and venue. OMG!! I will be recommending Klink events to everyone I know, especially Bella! She is the sweetest most caring person and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator for my wedding. She is extremely organized and confident in every decision that she makes. She will respond to your texts, emails and calls quickly and efficiently. I was planning a wedding in OC from afar and was very particular about what I wanted in a day-of coordinator. Jenifer is energetic, fun, and brings a great energy to the planning process. However, the night / day of the wedding it was a slightly different story. She was very stressed when our speeches went longer than expected and when there was confusion with our money dance, going up to my maid of honor at one point and exclaiming "this is a disaster". I also had guests tell me she abruptly told them their speech was cancelled, when there was likely a kinder way to communicate that something special to them had just been wiped off the schedule. I was pretty easy going and my main goal was for everyone to have a stress free, fun night. I wish she would have approached things with a more positive attitude so it didn't bring stress & negativity on our special night. One persons energy can affect another's, especially stress. I'm absolutely convinced Jenifer and Patsy are wedding angels! Leading up to my big day Jenifer was phenomenal. She assisted me in organizing every last detail with the help of Aisle Planner this awesome comprehensive website she gives you access to that won't let you forget a thing. Jenifer times things PERFECTLY with setup so that things weren't set up too early to avoid the bird poo but just in time so it was ready to go when our guests arrived. She nailed overseeing setup and everything was exactly as I had envisioned. A strong gust of wind blew about 30 minutes prior to the guests arriving blowing over our arch and crushing our arch flowers all over the place. I still have no clue how Patsy did it, but somehow she zip tied all the roses back together on the arch and made it look like nothing ever happened which seemed impossible and if they were stressed they never showed it. I did my own floral centerpieces. (Don't do it!) When I moved the centerpieces several roses started falling apart. We cut down a bucket of extra roses and Jenifer swapped out the bad roses during setup for us, something she absolutely didn't have to do but I'm so thankful she did because it all turned out amazing! She kept out timeline on track even when delays occurred. She kept a drink in our hands all night. She made sure EVERY little detail we wanted to happen occurred just when it was supposed to and she did it all with a smile on her face without me worrying about a thing. Several of our guests commented on how amazing Jenifer was including my father who was totally against hiring a DOC. He literally said "thank god you hired her she made your day"! At the end of the night I literally teared up when thanking Jenifer for her services because I was so thankful. Believe me when I say our day could not have happened without Klink and even if I had been able to coordinate things on my own I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my day. I literally have no idea how we would have pulled off our entirely nontraditional DIY wedding without Jenifer! I am so grateful and blessed to have had Jenifer as my wedding coordinator! Planning a wedding during COVID was exceedingly stressful. But Jenifer was there for us every step of the way. When we realized that COVID was here to stay, we were forced to change our wedding date, venue location, and significantly reduce our guest count. Jenifer was always willing to answer all of my questions, offer her expert advice, and lend me her ear when all I needed was to vent. She was always so professional and kind. I had the most perfect little backyard wedding and it was all thanks to Jenifer and her assistant Michelle. They were so organized and thorough. Planning a wedding, big or small, is so much work. Thank you Jenifer for your calm and wonderful demeanor and flawless execution of our wedding! From our first email and meeting with Jenifer, we knew she would be a great fit for our wedding. We had felt a sense of ease when we spoke with her and felt that our personalities clicked. Throughout the entire year of planning, she provided great vendors and ideas! We also need someone who would execute the day exactly how we envisioned and handle the logistics and details that we definitely would have missed without her! Jenifer met us at our initial floral meeting, venue walk-through, menu tasting, and final mock-up floral meeting. We were immediately relieved she was there. She asked the venue/florist a ton of great questions I would have never thought of and helped us figure out the best timeline for the day. She was patient, thoughtful, and creative. The best word to describe Jenifer and Klink Events: Execution. She executed every detail of our wedding perfectly. From picking up the cake, coordinating the rehearsal, managing the guest, working with the vendors on timelines, setting up the reception room, and most importantly always making sure we were happy and stress free. The bride had one unrealistic desire on the wedding day and that was to enjoy the cocktail hour appetizer tray pass. Given the time restraints, as expected, we were stuck in picture mode and were not going to be able to make it in time. Jenifer recognized this and ordered the waiters/waitresses down to where we were taking pictures to make sure the bride and I enjoyed the tasty food and champagne. Amongst the million other things she had to do in that moment, she always remembered my wife's desire and made it happen. Perfect! Second, third, fourth...best word to describe Jenifer and Klink Events: Caring, loving, attentive, assertive and professional. When hiring Jenifer, you are not going to get someone that is simply going to do their job and check the boxes. We cannot stress how amazing Jenifer and Patsy were. Jenifer was SO personable that she felt more like a friend than a coordinator or someone working for our big day. Not only is she flexible, but she is very detail-oriented, well put together, and is so very trusting. She sets up a detailed timeline and planner for you that is clean, easy to use, and helps to coordinate and organize the entire event. Jenifer is very much accessible which we really liked. The fact that you can call or text her whenever was something we never took for granted and her response time was literally RIGHT AWAY. She communicates well and you really don't have to worry about a thing with them! You tell her what you want and she will execute it - providing so much relief! We couldn't have had our wedding flow or even be executed with their roles. Jenifer is on top of her game and isn't afraid to take on other roles that weren't her responsibility from the get-go; let me just say that she helped me retouch my makeup and she is not afraid of the microphone and therefore helped with even EMCEEing! When I think back to our wedding day, May 26, 2018, I could not be more happy with the way it turned out. I met Jenifer for the first time (in-person) at our design meeting. Jenifer's first impression was an accurate interpretation of the quality of service she would soon provide for us on our special day. She was calm, personable, organized, and detail-orientated. What else could you ask for in a wedding coordinator?! Our wedding day was made complete by her ability to bring all that we had envisioned to fruition.
