The charger worked a TINY bit (like sometimes, if I had it positioned just right it would charge at the rate of about 10% per hour, but also just would stop charging randomly when it hadn't been touched. They say this was posted but I certainly wasn't too that and there are so many posters and signs all over it doesn't surprise me that I missed it. When I called to find out what my options were the guy just kept telling me to come in and if it was damaged they would give me a new one, I said I wasn't sure I wanted to go through the bother of coming back (it's not that near me) in order to get another one that would probably be faulty too. He hung up on me. I do realize that they likely get scammed by people trying to return things and cheat them somehow, but I was very disappointed at every step of the experience. On a Saturday morning, Kyle answered his phone and showed up at my house to repair my phone in less than an hour. And yes, he had consent to come over. He offered to meet at a local coffee house but it was easier to have him at the house. In less than an hour, on the kitchen counter, Kyle repaired my phone screen quickly and professionally. He had all the parts and proper technology and clearly the skillset to do so. He walked me through the process as I chatted with him about everything I don't know about tech stuff and he patiently put up with all my stupid questions. He buttoned everything up and the phone looks and works great. Saved me about $140. I've got a wonky Apple laptop and he said he thinks he can fix that too.
