I mean, who doesn't like a plate of melted cheese with potatoes and pickles?! When a dish is mainly cheese, the quality of the cheese is paramount. I'm happy to report that the cheese Le Mazot uses is top-notch. Beware, even if you order the small portion of the raclette, it might as well be a meal within itself. Because by the time I got my rosti, I was stuffed! The rosti was pretty tasty and I was glad to have gotten it with spinach, as otherwise it's pretty dense with the shredded potatoes as a base. It was a nice dish to try, but if I only had to order one, I'd opt for the raclette. Service was good and the food was brought out at a nice pace. Le Mazot is a solid choice to get some Swiss staples without having to search too far.
