Just as there was no misunderstanding of the name I was given as to whom I was doing business with. I cleared that myself and my grandchildren would be meeting the tow truck back at my home where the vehicle was being towed to. The scruffy looking person who accompanied Steve/Michael in the tow truck that he says was a "trainee" never moved from the truck to do anything or observe how anything was done. He simply sat in the truck glaring at me as I questioned the "owner" about his deceptive practices. Is that how you train a trainee? From my standpoint, his presence served no positive purpose. Good luck with your business. People will take a chance on you if they want to in spite of my warning; and every dog has its day. Let's not continue this conversation.

Thank goodness for witnesses. I called the cops and they had contacted Response Towing Service/Champion Collision. Pat, the tow truck driver, has a calming disposition about him....which was needed for this tense situation. I told Pat about another body shop (which was closed at the time) near my job. Instead of leaving my jeep there in the street...Pat took it upon himself to tow my jeep to his shop for the night (one of my windows was busted due to the accident), didn't charge me for towing and took my jeep to the body shop near my job. Pat even talked about his family which did help me through the shock that I was still dealing with. He also kept telling me that things could have been a lot worse. He was right. I highly recommend all to contact Response Towing Service/Champion Collision to get respectable and professional treatment if you need your car towed and/or body work to be done. Thank you again Pat for helping me through that situation.
