I had an incredible experience with Vinny and C&R towing. My EV ran out of battery and left me…read morestranded on the highway. Vinny came quickly and towed me to the closest changing station. Upon arrival, the chargers were full with a long line. As a last resort, I found another station that was 7.5 miles away. Vinny took the extra time to tow me there to get a charge. Upon arrival, we were not able to get the charger cable to reach the front of the car to charge. Vinny took extra time to reconnect the vehicle, and we tried many ways to maneuver the car so that the changing cable would reach. Vinny was able to squeeze between the charging station and another car so that the cable would reach. This extra service is rare, and I am greatly honored that Vinny was able to help me with this service. Especially since I was able to get power and make it in time to my flight the following day. Thank you for great service and for going beyond the call to ensure that I made it to a charger successfully.

Just as there was no misunderstanding of the name I was given as to whom I was doing business with. I cleared that myself and my grandchildren would be meeting the tow truck back at my home where the vehicle was being towed to. The scruffy looking person who accompanied Steve/Michael in the tow truck that he says was a "trainee" never moved from the truck to do anything or observe how anything was done. He simply sat in the truck glaring at me as I questioned the "owner" about his deceptive practices. Is that how you train a trainee? From my standpoint, his presence served no positive purpose. Good luck with your business. People will take a chance on you if they want to in spite of my warning; and every dog has its day. Let's not continue this conversation.
