They have pre selected packages that you can order from or you can order a la carte style and stock as many pounds of wings as you want. The bone in Ribeye and the Peppered Bacon are my guilty pleasures! That peppered bacon is about $12 per lb but OMG is it worth every penny! I let my wife know "this is my bacon, not a sharing bacon. However, if you want some bacon I'll buy you a pound that we can share" i think thats a fair thought!!

I'll definitely return to try some if their other items like lamb/goat or for a reliable beef steak any day of the week. Of the five different butchers I visited here locally, this place is the only place that knew exactly what to do when I asked for my meat cut "for jerky"...three places all looked at me like I had 9 eyes and one place told me they wouldn't cut meat to order. Ole Timey Meats is the most expensive of the places I checked out, but for the far superior taste, texture, and ease of service, I am more than willing to pay that little extra bit. You get what you pay for! Their prices are absolutely reasonable, so don't think that because they're the most expensive that it means they're TOO expensive. Not the case at all. Staff has been really nice every time I've been, they're helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a TON of different barbecue sauces, marinades, seasonings, spices, and other little goodies that it'll make any meat enthusiast giddy!
