Stopped here, on short notice, to pick up a bouquet of flowers while visiting family. Definitely will purchase from Kitty's Flowers again! The employee working shared they get their bouquets fresh in the morning, so you are unable to pick out a bouquet with certain flowers you handpick. However, there were a number of beautiful bouquets to choose from. When I went to the register with the bouquet, the employee stated she felt like something was missing and wanted to add a few more flowers. This transformed an already beautiful bouquet and I appreciated her going the extra mile! Our family loves the bouquet and comments each time they walk by the flowers. The flowers are fresh, beautiful, and have a nice variety. I really appreciate this extra kindness and will definitely be back! I love knowing there is a florist close that will go above and beyond. I was VERY disappointed in the SKIMPINESS of a Funeral arrangement that I ordered for my Mom. The flowers themselves were fine but it was certainly no where near $135 worth of flowers plus $10 Delivery. I was shown a sample arrangement in their display case and I SPECIFICALLY asked if the arrangement I was ordering would be the same size. I was assured that it would be. NOT. Not even close. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. They should be ashamed of themselves. I was embarrassed to place the arrangement next to my Mother's Urn on the alter. VERY VERY VERY poor value for the money. False advertising. I was promised and paid for an arrangement that I would have been proud to display. Instead, I received a bouquet that was maybe half the size of what I was shown. I was so angry and disappointed on a day that was already so full of sadness. read more

My husband buys all my flowers from Kitty's and they are always gorgeous. Most recent was a purchase of 24 white roses, again were gorgeous but this time a flower fell off as he took the roses from the delivery person. The next day the delivery person delivered a single white rose stem to replace the broken one. This is so considerate in this time and much appreciated. Remarkable customer service. Had to knock this down 2 stars. I was in town and my boyfriend and I decided to just stop in on our way back from the beach to bring his mom flowers. When I came in, I started looking at what they had in their refrigerator--something everybody always does at florists. An employee came up to me and aggressively asked me what I was doing. Caught off guard and not sure if I was misunderstanding I said "oh, I'm looking at flowers to buy?" she kept the annoyed look on her face and I said "is that not allowed?" Like, what a joke. She was like "no, it is, but what are you looking for??"--sounding annoyed again. By this point I was so turned off by her attitude that I almost said right then and there that I could take my business elsewhere--if I wasn't allowed to look through the flowers they have ON DISPLAY in the refrigerators, she could have at least nicely told me that instead of confronting me in the rude manner she did like I was an unwanted criminal or something. I told her I was just browsing because I wanted to put together a little bouquet and asked again if that was permissable, to which she still annoyedly basically begrudgingly told me yes. My boyfriend looked at me like "what's going on?"--he has seen me go into florist shops for 5 years and pick out arrangements and knows I've never had a problem. All I can think was that they don't want you coming in and picking your own flowers stem by stem, that they want you to just tell them what you want and have them do it--but if that's the case, first of all why have a display refrigerator where you put flowers out in bins, second of all that's crazy and I've never heard of a flower shop that doesn't want customers dropping by and selecting their own flowers. They only had like 2 kinds of flowers up front so I asked if they had anything else, and then it was a wait and a big ordeal for them to walk me 5 steps into their back area which was an explosion of flowers--I guess people really never go there to select their own or something. More attitude, more annoyed questions by each employee who saw me and hadn't been given the 411 on what I was doing--it was ridiculous to me, I'm just a customer dropping by to pick 6 or 7 stems to make a simple bouquet, what's the big deal!? I asked some prices, no one knew any, then they told me WRONG prices so at the checkout I had to exchange some flowers--I walked away with a very small, very simple bouquet that costed an arm and a leg (I buy a LOT of flowers so I know how overpriced these were). I won't be going back here; you can afford to be rude and have poor customer service when your flower selection and prices are actually good but if you don't have that then no thank you. But I'm sure they don't need my business or else they wouldn't have acted that way in the first place. read more

Ordered flowers and in the instruction block asked to be contacted before delivery. Called the morning of the delivery date to let them know we would not be home between 11:30 and 2pm. Lady I spoke with was very nice and assured me they would call before delivering the flowers. got home - note on door that flowers were left with neighbor. The neighbor was leaving to go to work Guess were the flowers are. Spoke to manager whose only response was that they were very busy and did not confirm delivery times. Kitty's has taken over the previous florist who was at this location and customer service oriented. Sorry to say that the customer service is gone and so is my business with Kitty's read more

Only getting a one star because that's the lowest I can give. I would give it a .0000001 star if possible. Absolutely awful service. I ordered no joke a half dozen roses. 6 freakin roses!!! I've been standing here for 20 minuets now. And watching the employees have a conversation in the back instead of get me 6 roses. It's down right ignorant and disrespectful. Drive to the one in laurel if you have to you'll save yourself a stupid long wait. read more

She was a pleasure to work with, I am not from the area and Village Green was recommended to me, Dee took a lot of time with me in person, on the phone and also through texting.
