Terrible customer service. Cannot get a straight or consistent answer from "customer service" on…read morethe phone. Do not know about the bank personnel but the 800 number people are awful. Been working on resolving a problem for months and have so many different versions of what to do from Customer service it is ridiculous. Each time am referred to a different department for a new set of hoops to jump thru, which, when completed leaves me back at the beginning. As example, I had an exact same problem with Chase Bank on a different mortgage which was resolved with a 3 minute phone call. Trying to resolve the exact same issue with WF has been ongoing for months, hours of calls, 3 trips to a branch office and sending 37 pages of documents twice. And still no progress despite many assurances it will be resolved. DO NOT TAKE OUT A HOME LOAN WITH WF.
