I have worked with other real estate agents on the same property but had no success, didn't even receive a single offer with the other agents. Following extensive research, I decided to reach out to Ms Allen and from that point on she took care of everything. She immediately came by to assess the property, quickly identified needed fix ups and arranged for trusted professionals to complete the fix, and within one week she had the condo listed and scheduled for an open house. I live in California so it would have been very difficult to fly out to Florida and manage these issues. However, thanks to Ms Allen all of this was taken care of. She is efficient, highly competent, and very trustworthy professional. I would highly recommend her as an agent to represent your property. Go with Wendi Allen and I promise you will not regret it.

When we first met with Jesse, he was incredibly personal and treated us just like family. In this day and age, it is hard to find someone in business who really seems to care, but Jesse took the time to truly get to know us and our family, and he shared about himself and his own family as well. He was also very thorough in explaining exactly how the entire sales process would work from start to finish, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was so nice to have someone like him working with us. It was a probate house that hadn't been updated in decades and needed an enormous amount of repair work--including a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, wallpaper and popcorn ceiling removal, full painting, and so much more. Jesse bought the house completely as-is, and we didn't have to do a single thing. He handled every problem as it came up and completely took care of solving all the issues throughout the entire purchasing process. From the very first day we met Jesse until the day we closed took less than 54 days total. In fact, once the probate process officially cleared, he closed the entire deal in less than a week. Jesse was always responsive, dealt with us with total honesty and fairness, and got us the very best price we could have hoped for. We highly recommend Jesse and his company to anyone looking for a hassle-free sale and a great price.

Our family is in the process of relocating to St. Johns County from the greater Atlanta area, and…read morefinding the right realtor was critical to our home buying journey. After researching local realtors, George Pottenkulam quickly stood out as one of the highest-rated professionals we found. After interviewing several realtors, it became clear that George was in a league of his own. George combines an exceptional knowledge of the local market with a deep understanding of individual builders, neighborhoods, amenities, and market trends. More importantly, his thoughtful, thorough qualification process helped him truly understand our family's needs and identify the right opportunities for us. This purchase marks the eighth home we have bought, and George is, without question, the best realtor we have ever worked with. His professionalism, market insight, attention to detail, and network of local resources set him apart. Relocating from Georgia to Florida involves navigating significant differences in home styles, square footage, lot sizes, communities, and amenities. That can be an overwhelming process, but George made it much easier by helping us understand the market, evaluate our options, and focus on the neighborhoods and homes that best fit our family. His knowledge of the area and the nuances of each community is truly impressive. As a Chief Revenue Officer, I understand how difficult it is to find exceptional sales professionals who consistently deliver at this level. George exemplifies what great sales and service look like: he listens, asks the right questions, builds trust, brings deep expertise, and puts his clients' needs first. If you are buying a home in St. Johns County or considering relocating to the area, I would strongly encourage you to start with George Pottenkulam. Whether you are new to the market or an experienced homebuyer, you will be hard pressed to find someone who brings a better combination of local knowledge, professionalism, and genuine commitment to his clients. Thank you, George, for your patience, professionalism, and guidance throughout this process. We are grateful to have you in our corner. And thank you to the entire Welch Team for your support!
