Billy (the owner) is just as rude and unprofessional and is unwilling to help in situations where he should. Both Laura and Billy just wanted to blame the buyers the entire process instead of taking accountability for their own negligence as they were requesting information that should have been requested at the beginning of loan application a month and a half AFTER the original closing date.
