At multiple points, her communication crossed from unhelpful into mean-spirited and unprofessional. No guidance, no advocacy, no effort to explain the process -- just sarcasm, impatience, and an extreme lack of professionalism. If you're looking for someone who will represent your interests, communicate clearly, and treat you with basic respect, look elsewhere. There are plenty of agents out there who actually understand customer service. This one does not.
