He never got more than two receipts out of seven repairs that sellers were supposed to have completed. I had to ask him to schedule final walk through appts. None of which he ever attended. He never personally ever went to the home, not once. Oh, but he collected his fees at closing for doing absolutely nothing! Sellers never fixed a few important items, dinged up the place moving, and left it incredibly filthy!! Again, he wouldn't know, he's never been there. I provided the sellers' realtor with 34 pixs of the damage and filth to no avail. It was sad, Kyle displayed no motivation or ambition to better himself or work for his client.
