    PMI is the Worst Property Management Company - Do NOT Trust Them with Your Home!…read more If you value your property and want it properly managed, stay as far away from PMI as possible. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with, and their so-called "management" is nothing more than negligence and incompetence. After trusting PMI to rent out my home, I expected it to be returned in the same condition I left it. Instead, I walked into a complete disaster. The tenants they placed clearly had no regard for cleanliness or upkeep, and PMI did nothing to ensure my property was maintained. Here's what I found: * Trash left all over the place - it was clear no proper move-out inspection was done. There were bags of garbage, random debris, and leftover junk throughout the house and garage. * Walls with mismatched paint - instead of maintaining the original color, different shades were slapped on randomly, making the walls look patchy and unprofessional. Holes from TV mounts were left behind with no attempt to repair or even remove the brackets. * A disgusting garage floor covered in oil stains - no effort was made to clean or address this mess. Trash was also left in the garage, making it clear that no one bothered to inspect it before handing the property back to me. * A broken bedroom closet - the doors were completely off their tracks and unusable, something that should have been noticed and fixed before returning the property. * Damaged blinds - several were cracked, bent, or missing altogether, making the home look neglected and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the tenant moved out on January 31st, and PMI only just returned the property in March--in horrible condition. That's over a month with no updates, no accountability, and no urgency to fix anything. When I brought these issues to PMI's attention, they were completely dismissive. Their customer service is atrocious--rude, unresponsive, and unwilling to take any responsibility. The owner, Victor, only cares about making money and taking over the property. Even before I officially left PMI, I had multiple conversations with him about my concerns, and he was completely careless and dismissive. I repeatedly told him that I wanted my property back, but instead of offering real solutions, he gave me excuses, ignored my concerns, and refused to take action. Weeks passed, and they still refused to do anything meaningful to resolve the damage. To the point that he doesn't answer text messages or calls! This company is a scam. They take your money, do the bare minimum (if anything), and leave you to deal with the mess once they're done. Their so-called "management" is nothing more than collecting a check while letting properties fall apart. If you're considering PMI for property management, RUN in the other direction. You'll save yourself stress, money, and the headache of dealing with their complete lack of professionalism. DO NOT trust them with your home! Not sure what the H stands for? But, there is absolutely NO representation from one single Homeowner/property owner at Savannah Point unless it would be one who complains. In two weeks time homeowners have be hit with a barrage of letters from NorCon asking for yard improvements, "lawns are not being cut on a regular basis", additional mulch needed, "fertilization needs are not being taken care of," "no repairs of ANY type" to cars on the property, "there are two fence styles chosen FOR the community," "the only weather sealant permitted is: Olympic Max Waterproofing Sealant" and "no further out buildings or storage buildings of any kind will be allowed." And for this tyranny WE PAY? A letter last week informed me that "the sales people and mail person" have complained about me parking on the street, which I don't do but my neighbors had a get together and they informed me. It's great to know that sales people and mail delivery personnel have more voice than Savannah Point's homeowners. At this time I am removing decorative rock because it did not meet the HOA approval. It was placed because no one can stop the weeds at the curb of the street. I guess its back to the weed strip between the sidewalk and curb like everybody else. Check into the property management/HOA of any home/condo you are considering. If it NorCon, RUN!!! They are a joke. They can turn the experience of ownership into a total nightmare. If there are any attorneys reading this, you might have a collective group willing to fight.

    I have been renting a townhome from them since March 2020. I have called I think a total of 4 times…read moreprior to this past week for little things - cockroaches and plumbing- which were handled (first time) quickly, second round of issues took a couple of phone calls. This past week there is a mouse/mice/maybe squirrels in my attic. It took 6-7 phone calls last Tuesday to finally get a reply. Someone came Friday, looked in the attic, said there were droppings but no living thing at that moment and left. The very next day I found droppings in my kitchen. I called the repair line, and sent text messages with photos showing the droppings and requesting a phone call. No one called. This morning I gave it a couple of hours and then called again, leaving a detailed message. Nothing. I finally emailed the main contact person and explained the entire situation. The repair line woman called and told me she doesn't appreciate being called a liar, she was at a personal appt and had called the owner and was waiting. I work in healthcare - I know appts can sometimes be many hours. A simple text could have covered it. I thanked her for letting me know, agreed about the time of appts, and attempted to say this about a text - was interrupted and told the pest people would be here Wednesday and she was done with the conversation. Look lady, I don't know what you're going through- maybe you are ill, maybe you've got a family member who is ill. I am sorry for that. Your lack of response to anything says you cannot handle your job right now, and maybe need to ask for more help. Take a beat, don't attack your tenants, and tell people you need assistance if that's the case. If it's not, no you don't do your job well, and are not responsive. I will not rent from their management again if this is what I have to deal with. The property is nice, my neighborhood is nice, there's a lot of positives. But one giant negative has negated how I've felt about this company.

I called and left messages to let us know the status and still nothing! Then we decided to look at Zillow and noticed that the price increased and we still didn't hear anything back from Jason. This was a terrible experience very unprofessional lack of communication and accountability. I would never get anything with this company
