I've never purchased or serviced an RV but we did go here to walk the lot and check out travel trailers. They have a good selection. Beware of the fact that the entire place smells like marijuana. Someone was smoking out back. You may want to avoid unless you are trying to get a contact buzz. read more

The owner DELETED negative reviews from their facebook and website regarding their service department. Told blatant lies to another customer about me. So paranoid she accused me of being a "a spy from another RV dealership". One minute she is screaming in your face, the next she is offering to take you to the local bar for lunch. The service office receptionist had her children at her desk on two occasions we were there. Playing with the computer and drawing at her desk. Hop no important papers got lost or ruined! Waited 37 minutes for a tech to bring our RV to us after the fourth and LAST visit to their repair shop. Left screws and bolts from parts they "replaced" in the driver seat. We asked to be shown where the fuse box was and the tech said "he couldn't do that". For a pleasant, productive experience of having work done on your RV I strongly recommend going elsewhere! read more

When you buy an RV, new or used, you need to plan on working on it or pay someone else to work on it. I just bought my 4th RV, a used one from Kitsmiller RV and even though they pride themselves with doing a thorough inspection problems are bound to arise. This is the first RV that I ever bought sight unseen off of the internet and Melissa reassured me that it was a first class 5th wheel in excellent condition. Well, you know that there's bound to be a problem when you're 1300 miles away. When it arrived there were multiple problems, all of which were taken care of as soon as I could arrange for a mobile service tech to take care of them, and Kitsmiller RV paid the bill without an argument. I came to Kitsmiller with a used RV that I had just purchased elsewhere. The RV had a leak in the rear and I chose Kitsmiller based on their capability to pressurize the interior of the unit and find the leaks with soap water/bubbles. I initially planned to have them just pressure check the unit and report the findings so I could seal the problem areas myself. After their inspection, they reported a number of problem areas. They gave me guidance over the phone on how I might be able to handle the problem myself. They also offered (in a low-pressure manner) a fair price to do all the work for me. With winter approaching I decided this was the best approach. Kitsmiller washed the roof, sealed all of the roof openings, sealed the windows and sealed the slides on my fifth wheel. In addition, I noticed later they replaced a couple of broken roof vents. They didn't even mention that they did this, nor did they charge me for it. Very much appreciated. I discovered upon returning home that I still had some leaking problems. Kitsmiller stood behind their work and took the trailer back to reseal again with no additional charges. RVs aren't built like houses -- they are built to be lightweight, and I understand that some problems can be difficult to diagnose and repair (especially leaks). I don't have any doubt in the capabilities of the technicians just because it wasn't completely fixed the first time. My suggestion to RV owners is to keep your expectations in check when you bring your unit in for service. The important thing is to find a service center, like Kitsmiller, that will stand behind their work. read more

The sales lady ( a blonde) never bothered calling us back after we filled out a credit app to purchase an rv. Found out later she was trying to finance a much larger amount then we agreed upon. She needs to be trained in salesman ship.... read more

Spent over $3,000.00 in five weeks on repairs because something new would break down as we drove out of the repair shop. Asked to have the wipers replaced. The wiper motor stopped working. Asked for a tune up. The generator quit working. Paid $125 to have it washed. The back up camera filled with water and quit and for a mere $300 they would replace it. We were told if we reattached it and then came back they would charge us to disconnect it. The woman at the repair counter had her two young children playing with the phones and computers while she belittled us for not "letting them do more work on the unit". They don't keep many parts in stock and we had to cancel 4th of July reservations because the "three days for the part" turned into thirteen. The owner of the business will scream at you one minute and then offer to take you to her favorite watering hole the next. We haven't used our RV since because we are afraid to take it on the road. Very disappointed in Kitsmiller RV service and will never go back. read more

Absolutely horrible, their staff is rude and incompetent. The manager told me she was going to put my trailer on Cedar St. if i didn't pick it up within 24 hrs of course she didn't do it. This all over a manufactures defect and a warranty they wont uphold.The manager hung up on me then would not accept my calls all knowing that my warranty was up in 24hrs. Long story short i contacted The manufacturer they said they okay them to do the work on my TT but when i called Kittsmiller they said we can't do that type of work. So we will have to send it to the manufacture needless to say im looking for another Kodiak dealer to finish up the work they obviously could not. I never knew what i nightmare it would be to deal with these people or i would have never gone. I have read other reports now about their manager and understand it might be a medical issue. Hopefully she gets it taken care of being nice one second and crazy the next cussing at customers is a bit much. read more
