She was great to work with, her communication was excellent and she has great taste in putting things together. I could not be happier and will work with her on a bathroom project next, along with the contractor she recommended to me that was just excellent.

I found a granite pattern that I liked in August, and I was sent to Carstin Brands in Arthur, IL to pick out a slab. Upon arriving in Authur, I was told that I can't pick out slab there as it was the fabrication warehouse, and I needed to go to Schaumburg to the showroom. An hour drive each way to Arthur resulted in a wasted day. I went to Schaumburg and picked out my slab, no issues there. The slab was installed at the end of August. The installers from Carstin (the fabricator) were professional and timely. Immediately after installation, I noticed several spots that were chipped or filled with a rough, gray putty-like substance. I contacted Lindsay to rectify the issue, and she attempted to facilitate a solution with Carstin. Fast forward to November, the spots still had not been fixed, and I had made several attempts to contact Carstin with no return call- and the answer from Hampton's repeatedly was that "billing has been made aware" so that we would not be responsible for the balance until the spots were corrected. Carstin finally came out to fix the spots after I stated that I would not be recommending Hampton's or Carstin based on this experience. I waited to pay the balance until a new statement was issued, just in case we were charged for the repairs. Sure enough, I just received the statement and we were charged for the repairs!! I have made several attempts to contact Hampton's and stated that we will not pay for the repairs charged, with no return correspondence. This company clearly does not stand by their work, and I will not recommend them to anyone. I love my countertops, but I am very disappointment with this experience.

And all of this, extremely efficiently! With others, I was told my ideas would not look good, pressured, lied to, and they were not even going to make any proofs of my ring! Getting a wax proof seemed to be standard at Champaign Jewelers, and had it not been perfect, Jamie would have had no problem sending feedback to make sure it was. She even researched where one of my rings came from so that same supplier could help match my custom ring's details! They also fixed the prior damage to my wedding ring! Every time we went into Champaign Jewelers, we felt welcomed, at ease, listened to, and appreciated. We had a wonderful experience, and will never even THINK about going anywhere else ever again! She asked them for spring flowers thinking they would be pretty pastel colors (and she used to work for a florist so she knows her flowers) but what I got was a very amateur arrangement that looked like they picked up the flowers at Walmart. The arrangement was daisies, RED carnations and some other red flowers that are common fillers, with a red bow. Not very spring like. They were from my daughter so I love them but I'm very unhappy with the flowers in general. My daughter wasn't very happy when I showed her a photo either.
