My experience with this company is unlike any I've had in a long, long time. It's wonderful to walk through the front door and be on a first name basis with the person you're working with. They had lots of high quality options for me to pick from that didn't break the bank. I enjoyed working with Lindsay to update my kitchen in my newly acquired condo. She was great to work with, her communication was excellent and she has great taste in putting things together. I could not be happier and will work with her on a bathroom project next, along with the contractor she recommended to me that was just excellent.

I found a granite pattern that I liked in August, and I was sent to Carstin Brands in Arthur, IL to pick out a slab. Upon arriving in Authur, I was told that I can't pick out slab there as it was the fabrication warehouse, and I needed to go to Schaumburg to the showroom. An hour drive each way to Arthur resulted in a wasted day. I went to Schaumburg and picked out my slab, no issues there. The slab was installed at the end of August. The installers from Carstin (the fabricator) were professional and timely. Immediately after installation, I noticed several spots that were chipped or filled with a rough, gray putty-like substance. I contacted Lindsay to rectify the issue, and she attempted to facilitate a solution with Carstin. Fast forward to November, the spots still had not been fixed, and I had made several attempts to contact Carstin with no return call- and the answer from Hampton's repeatedly was that "billing has been made aware" so that we would not be responsible for the balance until the spots were corrected. Carstin finally came out to fix the spots after I stated that I would not be recommending Hampton's or Carstin based on this experience. I waited to pay the balance until a new statement was issued, just in case we were charged for the repairs. Sure enough, I just received the statement and we were charged for the repairs!! I have made several attempts to contact Hampton's and stated that we will not pay for the repairs charged, with no return correspondence. This company clearly does not stand by their work, and I will not recommend them to anyone. I love my countertops, but I am very disappointment with this experience.

He asked a couple of questions regarding my nneeds and my price point and found a perfect vacuum. Sure it's not a Dyson but I paid less for a quality vacuum that wasn't made with a lot of plastic parts. Mr. Byrd showed me how to clean the vacuum and which parts were important to take care of. You can tell Mr. Byrd really cares about providing the best service possible. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about his products. I'm saving up to buy one of the made in USA vacuums! Don't see too many of those anymore!! Also if you (or anyone you know) has severe allergies he had some incredible German made Miel vacuums. Those are real beauties!

I walked around while my MIL spoke to her and found several options that she could've shown to us. We asked about some samples of leather finishes and colors that were on display and were told that those particular options may not be available. That struck me as odd. Why were they on display then? Walking around the store, I noticed several leaks in their ceiling with buckets precariously placed to catch the drips. I also saw several desks/work areas in severe disarray. That was extremely off-putting. I might visit just to check out the clearance items, but nothing more.

Store review: Based on the store front I had no idea what to…read moreexpect, but I was pleasantly surprised by my visit here. It is a two floor warehouse for furniture. As mention before they are a distributor for many different brands so you can order from the website for pieces they don't have in stock. Overall the style and quality is quite functional, not high end or European style. The prices appear to be reasonable. We were in a market for a futon and saw a solid steel frame with mattress for 260+. Upstairs they have whole bedroom sets along with dining tables. The guy behind the desk was also quite friendly and was able to answer any questions. My only issue is with the website you can't actually see prices without requesting a quote which is sort of disappointing if you want to shop at home. Pros: very large selection, friendly service Cons: no prices online, you have to request a quote Hidden deals: None

The owner was not present even though I had an email confirming the business was ready for my delivery as scheduled. I made emergency arrangements to have them picked up. When the driver got there he was told that they also didn't want the table and he needed to take that as well. This experience cost me extra money, endless phone calls to arrange the pickup. All because the owner changed her mind and wasn't present as promised causing this second pick up. To make it worse she wasn't even nice: she was curt and abrupt. Avoid this business at all cost.

What I received was not super soft, it was the complete extreme and is a super hard mattress. I had loved the previous two mattresses that I had purchased from Bender's. They were like sleeping on a cloud. But this mattress is so terrible I wake up every morning with so much pain in my low back, literally have to crawl out of bed and am numb from my shoulder down to my fingers. I would love to have this reconciled and a new mattress that should be the one I ordered. It doesn't help that I paid almost $2,000 for a mattress that is so terrible.

The old mattress became very lop-sided and would not resume it's original contour after turning. Previous to moving, my wife and I had slept on a high-quality Sterns & Foster for over 25 years. The Sterns & Foster was an excellent mattress, but it was a queen-sized model and too large for my new apartment. Bender has a range of high-quality innerspring mattresses and I selected one that had features like the Sterns & Foster. Bender has models with varying degrees of firmness. I selected a model near the upper end of firmness, and I'm happy with it. The price was reasonable, considering the quality of construction. Bender offers a satisfaction guarantee. They will substitute a different model if the firmness or quality of the mattress is unsatisfactory. The new mattress was delivered on the promised day, and the delivery men hauled away the old mattress at no extra charge. I'm very satisfied with the firmness and the quality of the new mattress and the service I've received.

I can't say enough good things about Maverick Service. From the very first phone call they…read moredelivered excellent service. I was referred to them for a commercial True refrigerator that had stopped working, and I needed a company that could handle potential warranty work. I spoke with Shannon (or Sharon, I apologize if I have the name slightly wrong). She was professional, patient, and extremely helpful with the extra paperwork required because I'm with a nonprofit. She made the process smooth. Blake, the operations manager, then reached out promptly, gathered detailed information about the refrigerator, the ice machine, and the other units that needed maintenance, and scheduled the appointment at a time that worked for both of us. On the morning of the service call he called to let me know the technician was on the way. Chris, the service engineer, arrived on time and was outstanding. He started with the ice machine, walked me through the troubleshooting steps as he went, and quickly isolated the problem to a dump valve. He gave me the option to clean or replace it, I chose to replace it for long-term reliability. He even had a compatible part on the truck, confirmed it with the office, installed it, and showed me the correct operating cycle so I could see it was fixed properly. He then cleaned the other units that needed maintenance and taught me the process so I can do it myself every three months (while also offering ongoing service if I prefer). Finally he diagnosed the True refrigerator, identified the failed part, and determined it was covered under a True recall/warranty. He coordinated with True's warranty department, ordered the parts, and returned once they arrived. Blake again accommodated my schedule so I could be on-site when Chris came back. Chris installed the new part, cycled the unit multiple times to confirm the repair, and left everything working correctly. Blake also mentioned they service other equipment (including popcorn machines), which is helpful to know for the future. What impressed me most was the combination of strong technical skill and clear communication. Chris uses a solid Condition Cause Correction Confirm approach and takes the time to explain what he's doing. As someone with a technical background, I appreciated that. It's rare to find a technician who is both highly competent and excellent with customers. I would not hesitate to call Maverick Services again and I highly recommend them, especially Chris. Great company, great people.
