They usually have a great selection if discount items when you first walk in to the right. It's usually my go-to area for gifts. I have not experienced the same issues with customer service some other Yelper's have raised concerns about. All my interactions have been good and very polite. Their paint area though seems like its run by robots because they speak in a monotone voice and they are short with their questions and answers. I don't got offended by it so long as I get in and get out in a timely manner. Their paint section is usually the busiest amongst the other Lowes I have visited.

The owner was so friendly and helpful, especially when I asked for plants that are easier to keep alive. Neither my wife or I have great luck with plants despite enjoying plants. He showed us all his thoughts of plants that fit the bill of what we were looking for! You could tell as soon as he stood up and started showing us the plants how passionate he was about his business! I can only imagine the vast amount of plant knowledge you could learn from talking to him! He also shared with us the type of plant his grandmother shared with him that started his passion and journey that in the end lead to Garden of Via becoming a reality. Prices for the plants seemed very reasonable and would recommend checking this place out. We ended up grabbing an air plant, that before coming here were unaware they were a thing. Look forward to seeing how big this business becomes! A true passion project that deserves all of the support from customers!

I was a bit kind when I wrote my first review given it was one of the few times I shopped in store…read more Now that I have been here several times, it's evident the Leadership is not taking it seriously or the customers have no respect for the products. The last few times I been in the store, there have been boxes wrapped in plastic and what appears to be the materials to rebuild a wall display without anyone around them. It's as if someone was going to start to put the display together, stopped and never returned to it. There are a number of clothing racks that have clothes just thrown onto it or on the floor. Employees walk by it and ignore the appearance which makes it look like you are at a thrift store. Kohl's is supposed to be reputable from a corporate standpoint, but the leadership at this location don't care about the appearance. I personally would not buy clothes that was thrown on the the floor or into the display. The only area in the store where appearance and cleanliness is maintained is Sephora which appears to have driven some excitement by many given their reputation. The one positive about my last visit is I forgot my Kohl's card, which I rarely use, and they were able to look me up in the system (after handing them my photo ID) and I could apply my purchase onto the card without having it with me. Other than that, the store is in shambles and quite honestly I am shocked it's still open given I can't imagine its raking in the money the same way its stores are in other locations.

The most difficult part of going to this location is finding parking. FYI: This is the former location of K-Mart for those wondering. Store is well organized, staff is very attentive to organization and keeping the shelves in order. Staff is friendly, they offer great quality bags at $0.05 and the self-checkout option makes it easy to grab wha you need and checkout quickly. This is now my go-to Target.
