As this is a rental property that I would be unable to constantly monitor, regular reports on the progress of the project would be essential. This company was highly recommended to me by local sources. From beginning to end, I could not have been more satisfied with the experience. The company owner Brian Jones was personally on the site and involved with his team on a daily basis. He provided me with a detailed report of all materials and labor at the end of each week, and also contacted me as any questions came up and not even the smallest deviation from the original contract was made without my understanding and approval. The work was completed on schedule, the cleanup was thorough and the results could not be more impressive. I would highly recommend Innovative Painting and Restoration and Brian Jones to anyone in need of the the wide range services they provide. I tend to be wary of the credibility of one or five star reviews, but I can truly not think of a reason to not give this one the best. So five stars it is.

We ordered carpet and laminate for a room and the incorrect transition product was ordered...their mistake, not ours. When replacement product was ordered, we did not have to pay for it. What we were charged was a $30 shipping fee for the replacement pieces that were ordered because of THEIR MISTAKE. On a $2,500 order, I would think they should have absorbed the $30 shipping fee caused by their mistake. We have purchased a house and are about to undergo a full renovation. I can tell you where we will not be spending our money. Not impressed!

In light of this company's prior ratings I followed up to research Brandons interactions with the Pro team at a well known home improvement retailer in Augusta and in the end found nothing inconsistent with his introductory remarks that he made to me during an hour long interview in reference to the more complicated project as mentioned above. I am frankly nonplussed by his negative reviews but will proceed in screening for two additional outside bids.
