It now (three years later) looks worse than when I hired them and it is leaking water in my basement. In addition, the bulkhead was not even screwed into the house. They simply sealed the gap with caulking. I feel taken advantage of. The company hired by Fowler's to perform the work inspected my issue and blamed me for the deterioration. They were to get back to me for a remedy and I never heard from them since the inspection.
