The 2 ladies working in the store were VERY nice!!!(visited 9/25). Went out to check out outdoor bar area...not greeted by a very rude bartender. Idk....as a tourist destination for a successful show....not a good vibe.

We needed our living room ceiling repaired. Seasonal movement of the house, flexing trusses in the…read moreattic due to temperature and humidity swings, had damaged an area of the ceiling where it meets a brick chimney. Marc Carrier the owner of Drywall Concepts was recommended to me by an electrician that was working on another job in my house. I called Marc. He responded in a short period of time. He came to the house and provided an estimate. We agreed to have the work performed. He and his son made two visits to do the work within the agreed upon time frame. The work was performed very well. The paint they used after the drywall repair was done matched the shade of white of the rest of the ceiling so well that we have delayed painting the entire ceiling which we had previously considered. Marc and his son were both very professional. They removed their shoes before coming into the house. They cleaned up after the job was completed. The invoice came in at less than the estimated cost which is always a welcome event. I will call on them for future drywall or painting projects. I recommend them to others in need of drywall or painting services.

He and the crew gave me a full price estimate and timeline on the project, asking for half the money as a deposit, also to be used for supplies with the other half due at completion. He kept in contact with me through that process to ensure we were on the same page and he could start as soon as I got everything in order. Brandon and the guys arranged to start on a day that worked for me, starting at around 9am to sunset everyday until both projects were done. They were profession and courteous through the whole job, only leaving behind sawdust in the grass. Great group of guys. I later had them come back to replace an 8x12 section of subfloor, main door to the house and floor tiles for the kitchen/entry way. Same experience as the first job. I have them scheduled again for this spring to renovate two bathrooms and replace some windows.
