The 2 ladies working in the store were VERY nice!!!(visited 9/25). Went out to check out outdoor bar area...not greeted by a very rude bartender. We were 5 to 10 mins before she opened and didn't want to acknowledge us. Not friendly!!! Busy on their phones standing at the bar. Idk....as a tourist destination for a successful show....not a good vibe.

Marc Carrier the owner of Drywall Concepts was recommended to me by an electrician that was working on another job in my house. I called Marc. He responded in a short period of time. He came to the house and provided an estimate. We agreed to have the work performed. He and his son made two visits to do the work within the agreed upon time frame. The work was performed very well. The paint they used after the drywall repair was done matched the shade of white of the rest of the ceiling so well that we have delayed painting the entire ceiling which we had previously considered. Marc and his son were both very professional. They removed their shoes before coming into the house. They cleaned up after the job was completed. The invoice came in at less than the estimated cost which is always a welcome event. I will call on them for future drywall or painting projects. I recommend them to others in need of drywall or painting services.

I have them scheduled again for this spring to renovate two bathrooms and replace some windows. In light of this company's prior ratings I followed up to research Brandons interactions with the Pro team at a well known home improvement retailer in Augusta and in the end found nothing inconsistent with his introductory remarks that he made to me during an hour long interview in reference to the more complicated project as mentioned above. I am frankly nonplussed by his negative reviews but will proceed in screening for two additional outside bids.

The only complaints I have is they forgot floor trim in living room and toilet is missing the snaps that go on bottom of toilet. I felt the bill was a bit on expensive side i estimated labor at a little over 200 dollars an hour for both him and his worker.
