Pine Tree Fence was one of them, and they were at the top of the heap in terms of attention to quality, timeliness, and communication. There was another local fence company that was the obvious choice, but I had heard a couple negative things and decided to check out Pine Tree instead, and am really happy I did. They came to my house multiple times prior to install to ensure we had things just the way I wanted and were collaborative in making decisions on placement, gates, and so forth. They worked with us on selecting an arbor from another local company that we love. Most importantly, during install, all the men were incredibly friendly and communicated with us throughout, making sure things turned out perfect. They even created a custom section for us at no additional charge. Wayde, the owner, was always quick to respond, answer questions, and schedule accordingly. The owner will say they were approved, but that's not the case. One door we never saw pictures of at all, and for the other we got two cellphone pics of a computer screen saying "this is what we typically install." A month later that ultra-modern looking door was on the wall in my old farmhouse. Complaints on my part were met with threats and bullying until I paid the full balance. I finally decided it was worth missing out on the shower door to get rid of the guy. In the process of the job, I got emails from one person in the company about things that had already been decided by someone else, so it was obvious that the internal communication was weak as well.
