    My salad without the dressing.

My husband and I had a great time with Chef Alex and Andreas. We had a steak spinach dip appetizer it was delicious. Before cooking, Chef Alex started on the dessert chocolate molten cake with ice cream which we ate at the end of the class - it was delicious. During our class, we made a spinach salad, lobster mash, asparagus, and filet minion it was all delicious. We learned new cooking techniques which I am excited to use at home. The atmosphere was laid back, clean, organized, and welcoming. The people in our class were nice. Ingredients were already organized for us. All we had to do was cut up, season, or mix the ingredients. Chef Alex and Andreas were nice. If at any point I had any questions, Chef Alex would easily clarify any confusions. My husband and I look forward to signing up for more classes. Tip: If you are interested in taking one of Kitchen Social's cooking classes, sign up for the class you want ahead of time. During the winter season, most of the classes are booked weeks in advanced.

We loved Chef Chris and had so much fun learning how to make sushi rolls! We will definitely be back for another class!!

What a wonderful experience! Chef Sterling Peacock led members of the Cape Coral New Residents Club on a seafood cooking adventure. Knife skills and other culinary secrets and techniques were shared. New friendships were made. The meal was delicious. I highly recommend this experience.

We were looking for something different, not the usual go out to dinner routine and we decided to try a cooking class. Wow, what a find. We chose a Saturday dinner class to avoid any team building or friend groups and it was spot on. A couple of families and the rest were couples. 18 total and you cook in pairs or by threes. It's real knife skills and real cooking but no cleanup! And portions are already measured and ready for use. We were met with an appetizer at our seat, which was good because we didn't see dinner until about 9:00 pm. I think things ran long as we were supposed to be out in 2 to 3 hours and it was closer to 3.75 hrs but all okay. It was a Saturday night, we had wine (byob) we learned great cooking skills and had take home leftovers for the next day. We were there for the beef Wellington class and it was delicious. Chef Sterling is knowledgeable, fun and approachable. Dan, his assistant was very helpful. Have already signed up for another class.

Best cooking class ever!!! For the price, you get so much food. They start you out with an appetizer that's already made when you arrive. Our blue cheese flat bread was delicious. Then we made our own appetizer of bacon wrapped blue cheese stuffed dates, and then we moved on to prepping the dough for fresh pasta and wrapping bacon around our stuffed chicken. And for dessert? We made bacon cannolis. Let me say it again, SO MUCH FOOD. And so delicious. It's BYOB and they provide glasses, water and lemonade. It was about three hours and it was fun! Super easy, any age can do it. Highly recommend.

This was a gift from my in laws. We scheduled the pasta making class. When we got there we were served with a snack, which was delicious. The kitchen is beautiful and the two chefs are helpful and engaging. We made ravioli and fettuccine. The food was amazing and we had a blast cooking. I ate so much that my stomach hurt. The only con is that I wish I brought wine instead of beer. Seriously this is a wonderful date night, girls night, work gathering. I highly recommend and can't wait to come back

We had a wonderful cooking experience at Kitchen Social! Attended the "Fresh Pasta at Home" class and were surprised how easy and fun it was to make our own pasta dough! It was delicious! I can't wait to make it again and treat my husband/friends to a delicious meal! The chef instructors were super informative and helpful. Can't wait to go back for another class!

Had a fabulous evening at Kitchen Social. The space is perfect and the chefs were the best. It is not just combining ingredients. Chef Steve gives many tips and hints in an entertaining style. We cooked our own meals individually but the support and help from two chefs was seamless and great. Perfect evening of great food, great professional training in a perfect setting. I will definitely do again. Don't miss out on this jewel.

I booked a session with my mom and I for Mother's Day and the class did not disappoint. The chef was engaging, helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. The place was clean, organized and set up to where I felt that I had my own space but could mingle with the other guests if I wanted. The pace was great, the instruction was great and for a budding chef like myself I learned a great deal about handling a knife, proper technique and general food knowledge. I truly believe that we got more than we paid for between the experience, good atmosphere AND we got to take the leftovers home. I will absolutely be doing this again!

Perfect for an out of the ordinary date night. The chefs make it easy to prepare a delicious meal. The meal took about 3 hours from start to finish eating. We prepared beef Wellington, sweet potato risotto, and green beans with a key lime mousse for dessert. The food was restaurant quality!

Professional And knowledgeable chefs…read morecurate a restaurant style meal easy enough for inexperienced hands in the kitchen yet offering tips and tricks for experienced home cooks to add to their skill level. The menu and class offerings change, but the FUN level carries through. We've been twice with friends and have enjoyed our experience immensely! Greeted with appetizers to get us started, Chef quickly gets the class engaged with a short demo. Then we return to our fully equipped station to complete that step ourselves. Several chefs are available to help come around and assist when needed. By the end of the class, everyone's prepared a delicious meal and we all sit down to eat. This is a BYOB, so take a bottle of wine. They have glasses and openers and are ready to pour. Chef Lerome, executive pastry chef at the Ritz, surprised us with a decadent dessert. Even though we had more food than we could possibly eat with our meal, somehow we managed to find room for this delicious dish. You will not leave hungry. The entertainment factor at this cooking school is top notch.

It was our first time and we arrived 30 mins early to enjoy our bottle of wine and learn more about our evening and what to expect. Our seats and area was already ready for each group to participate. We first received some AMAZING already made bruschetta, wow we devoured it. Next we began making our Port Wine Twice Baked Sweet Potato Souffle (Sweet potato, baked with Port Wine Cheese, thyme, rosemary, and butter) delicious! Then our Big Cali Salad (Romane, Avocado, Radishes, Cucumber, and Snap peas tossed together with a Red wine Vinaigrette) so filling and refreshing! Before making our main entree we made our dessert which was Tropical Citrus Prosecco Gelato (Nectarine, Pineapple, and champagne come together to create a wonderfully bright light gelato) in order for it to be ready after our dinner. Lastly we made our entree which was the delicious Strawberry Cabernet Barbeque Chicken (Chicken Roasted with Strawberry Cabernet Barbeque sauce).. everything was so good! The atmosphere was great, we got to know the other couple as well as our chef. Chef Z took the time to explain everything to detail and answer any questions we had, while showing us the steps you can see his view on a large TV which is great so you can see what he is doing and explaining. Very fun! At the end there was so much dessert we even took some leftovers home to share with the rest of our family. I truly enjoyed the experience and food! I hate cooking and it made it very easy and entertaining. We will be back and bring my boyfriend's parents to join us next time! Thank you again Chef Z!
