Taking her time to answer our questions and showing us how to prepare our dishes. What a great evening everyone had! The first item that we helped prepare was a glazed almond cake. We also prepared a pine nut couscous with dried apricots. Our side dish was marinated zucchini with an oregano and sun dried tomato vinaigrette that our group made. Our main dish was sautéed shrimp with Mediterranean spices and a garlic aioli. Great food and an excellent experience.

I learned how to clean and sauté mussels, how to poach a whole lobster, how to roast Brussel sprouts and potatoes, and how to puree potatoes. I also learned about plating and proper knife skills.
