It was a little challenging to find, but once we picked a desk to work at, we were set. Strong WiFi and friendly service. Fanciest coffee machine (and widest milk assortment) I've ever seen. Most of the common spaces are open with comfy furniture. There's conference rooms for rent (and I'm already thinking of private events to host) but I wish there were phone booths to take calls. I try to save call-heavy days for home, but inevitably I had to talk to my boss while hiding in a corner and trying not to disturb anyone else. We both took Uber here because Downtown metered parking is too inconvenient for a coworking day. It's near a bunch of great restaurants for lunch, so that's a huge plus. This is also really random, but Candy Factory really needs to have their literature proofread because my coworker and I ended up making fun of all the typos we could find. Overall cute space!

Every time I walk in the door I am greeted by the lovely folks at the front desk (Beth, Miranda, and Ryan). They are ever so wonderful and have saved my butt a few times when making sure my meetings with clients running smoothly. The space is perfect for my work use, I love having the ability to book and access beautiful conference rooms with amenities galore. I've seen other places pop up but I can't imagine myself anywhere else. Best part of it all is that I get to bring my doggo with me to work in my office. Who could ask for more? It is now being marketed as rental offices under the name, "Fabrica." The space is very contemporary and beautifully designed with many eclectic office spaces of various sizes, interspersed with spaces for meetings, relaxation, and quiet work. Amenities include a yoga studio, outdoor patios, a 40 person training room, a cafe, a pub, lounge, 24/7 security, conference facilities, and on-site management with scheduled networking events. One of my favorite art galleries moved their offices here and has provided art pieces to hang throughout the complex. They recently invited me to an open house which allowed me to explore the entire building while looking at their art. This is a huge building and it has been very cleverly repurposed with both striking architecture and functional design. It is certainly worth serious consideration as an office location.
