Has the amenities of a modern coworking space but feel of a home, and people are mostly dressed casual here. I personally recommend wearing pajamas; you won't feel out of place. There's some of the usual small rooms for phone calls, and different seating arrangements from desks to counter-style seating to couch-style. Kitchen is pretty basic, with some basic tea and coffee. No snacks, either free or for sale. There is also some beer. WiFi seems decently fast and reliable. There are two printers. Not disability-friendly, as it's an old home; I didn't see any ramps for entry nor elevators for other floors. I saw some covered bicycle storage in the basement, and parking is super-easy, as street parking is all-day and free, and behind the place, there's a private parking lot, also free. Some good food places within a few minutes walking. People are most communal and friendly here than other spaces. Day passes available, less expensively than other places. Bathrooms: Lots of them; clean and spacious, with windows!

Despite being in the (hopefully) end of this pandemic, it is a space where everyone is respectful of each other's safety and Rex pays a lot of attention to keeping it clean and sanitary. There's a few dedicated parking spots in the back. Otherwise, find somewhere on the street. The cozy feeling is probably because the space is a repurposed house, with multiple rooms and floors. I got a little lost at first, but Craig gave me the grand tour. Everything is clean, and the décor is quirky. I loved learning about the various coworking members from their profiles posted on the wall by the stairs. Impressive variety of backgrounds and skillsets. It's generally pin-drop quiet in here. I was self-conscious about making too much noise or typing too loud, but everyone seemed friendly. WiFi was strong. It was easy to lose track of time while being productive in this laidback space. Several reviews have mentioned the famous Friday lunches and other events. If you're looking for a regular spot, check it out!

Then after a quick internet search, I found a space claiming to be "the friendliest coworking space in Denver," Creative Density. I thought it would be like the other spaces I'd visited down South and expected your typical stale experience, with fake-ness and pasted-on smiles with people trying to be nice. Their online claim turns out to be true. Thanks to the owner, Craig, and everyone else there, I felt like a part of the space fairly quickly. Not only has it helped me find work, but it's connected me to the Greater Denver community.

I couldn't believe how big it was based on the unassuming outside. There's many different seating options and areas to relax and work. Tons of places to plug in. The kitchen is awesome, with free coffee and tea, and there's a fridge and stove. The internet is very fast and there are private phone booths when you need to make a call. It's $20 for a day pass but Mondays are freee!! The in-house doggies are also a nice perk I will definitely come back during my next trip!

Understandably no one was at the front desk around lunchtime when I arrived, but GRID was easy to navigate. Spacious kitchen, lots of common work areas, and Solera Salon downstairs. Quiet and peaceful vibes. Everyone was doing their own thing. Open WiFi network so I literally didn't need any assistance from the front desk. I was holed up in a telephone booth the whole time (chairs are too low) but judging from my brief experience, I'd totally come back again.

There are miles of hallways here and yet, the space seems very open and bright. The businesses housed here have areas of the their own that include bathrooms and kitchens, and yet all share a cafe and a few common areas. The common areas are designed as a way to get away from work and decompress, even if only for a few minutes, and they mostly succeed. There are picnic tables on one patio and community ping pong tables inside. As for the ping pong tables, I've yet to learn the rules of use though perhaps I'll have opportunity in the near future, we'll see. All in all an interesting assortment of spaces, businesses and people make up Industry, and share a vital new(er) building in Denver's RINO district.

Most of the offices have giant windows, cute signage and are decorated with unique personalities. If I was in need of a co-working space, I wouldn't hesitate to look at INDUSTRY. It felt really great in there. It makes me want to invent something and move in. But this review is actually in regards to it as an event space. I attended the Dear Jack Foundation 11/10 VIP Preview night here and was pretty smitten with what a cool space it was. In case you're unaware, Dear Jack is Andrew McMahon's foundation for AYA cancer research and support. The VIP preview night is essentially an acoustic concert and private gathering the night before the benefit. I was a little hesitant about the show being in an open-concept co-working space, but the acoustics were surprisingly good for music. The program had a nice feel to it and it didn't feel too cramped. There was also plenty of parking outside and the valet situation wasn't a hot mess, which is always appreciated. Cool place all around!

It is now being marketed as rental offices under the name, "Fabrica." The space is very contemporary and beautifully designed with many eclectic office spaces of various sizes, interspersed with spaces for meetings, relaxation, and quiet work. Amenities include a yoga studio, outdoor patios, a 40 person training room, a cafe, a pub, lounge, 24/7 security, conference facilities, and on-site management with scheduled networking events. One of my favorite art galleries moved their offices here and has provided art pieces to hang throughout the complex. They recently invited me to an open house which allowed me to explore the entire building while looking at their art. This is a huge building and it has been very cleverly repurposed with both striking architecture and functional design. It is certainly worth serious consideration as an office location.
