On this particular day, I holed myself up in a conference room because I was on back to back calls, though that meant I didn't get to explore much of the layout. I'll have to do that next time. Dingy building exterior masks the sleek modern look with plants and modern furniture. Find an all-day parking garage and make a trip of it. They made it possible for me to start operations without having to pay a massive deposit while also keeping my overhead low. With the ability to scale into larger units as we grew, it was vital to HQ's success. Bridget, the property manager, is exceptional. She goes above and beyond to ensure that tenants are comfortable and that the place operates at the high level that it does. The main thing I would do differently is take Uber/Lyft because ballpark parking is NOT fun. Or pay for a nearby lot. I did the responsible (and paranoid) thing of moving my car every two hours. Otherwise, I love the space, amenities, and proximity to eateries. It gets busy in the afternoon, but if you arrive in the morning, there's plenty of open seating tables to claim. Personally I like the cozy downstairs area with couches. I could get lost in Thrive, checking out all the private offices, phone booths, and cool common spaces. There's coffee and beer, but my favorite part is the Bevi water machine. Great vibes and so much more to explore!

There's a few dedicated parking spots in the back. Otherwise, find somewhere on the street. The cozy feeling is probably because the space is a repurposed house, with multiple rooms and floors. I got a little lost at first, but Craig gave me the grand tour. Everything is clean, and the décor is quirky. I loved learning about the various coworking members from their profiles posted on the wall by the stairs. Impressive variety of backgrounds and skillsets. It's generally pin-drop quiet in here. I was self-conscious about making too much noise or typing too loud, but everyone seemed friendly. WiFi was strong. It was easy to lose track of time while being productive in this laidback space. I thought it would be like the other spaces I'd visited down South and expected your typical stale experience, with fake-ness and pasted-on smiles with people trying to be nice. Their online claim turns out to be true. Thanks to the owner, Craig, and everyone else there, I felt like a part of the space fairly quickly.
