It is now being marketed as rental offices under the name, "Fabrica." The space is very contemporary and beautifully designed with many eclectic office spaces of various sizes, interspersed with spaces for meetings, relaxation, and quiet work. Amenities include a yoga studio, outdoor patios, a 40 person training room, a cafe, a pub, lounge, 24/7 security, conference facilities, and on-site management with scheduled networking events. One of my favorite art galleries moved their offices here and has provided art pieces to hang throughout the complex. They recently invited me to an open house which allowed me to explore the entire building while looking at their art. This is a huge building and it has been very cleverly repurposed with both striking architecture and functional design. It is certainly worth serious consideration as an office location.

The main thing I would do differently is take Uber/Lyft because ballpark parking is NOT fun. Or pay for a nearby lot. I did the responsible (and paranoid) thing of moving my car every two hours. Otherwise, I love the space, amenities, and proximity to eateries. It gets busy in the afternoon, but if you arrive in the morning, there's plenty of open seating tables to claim. Personally I like the cozy downstairs area with couches. I could get lost in Thrive, checking out all the private offices, phone booths, and cool common spaces. There's coffee and beer, but my favorite part is the Bevi water machine. Great vibes and so much more to explore!

Overall great location, right next to Union Station and around eateries, parks, and a variety of other entertainment options for your long workday. The space itself is relatively easy to find (on the 11th floor of Hotel Indigo) and the community manager Alex is wonderfully welcoming. The views are unrivaled. Anyone who has never worked in a tall corporate building now has that opportunity. The front common area for Deskpassers like me is cute and comfortable. Plenty of power outlets and natural light. I had the opportunity of using a private office, which was perfect for taking calls. Coffee and snacks un their clean kitchen area. The best part is that I can drive here and not pay for parking OR move my car every two hours. Easy to find the entrance. It's connected to Rise Cafe. Walked in on a DeskPass, and the concierge was fabulous in giving me a verbal tour and key card. Lots of spaces to work from. I personally like the room of communal tables, where people are generally respectful of call volume. There are plenty of private booths for meetings anyways. Downstairs there's endless coffee, a ping pong table, and the occasional array of food. Enterprise is also home to a Toastmasters club that I'll eventually visit when I have the chance. My friend who works for a large tech company couldn't connect to the WiFi for some reason (probably because of his laptop) but the front desk was super patient in helping him troubleshoot. Once my DeskPass credits are used up, there's a pretty good chance I'll start a membership here. Definitely want to check out the rooftop and other amenities someday.

The person running reception (who was the location manager) was very on the ball and did everything she could to make sure we were squared away. The location was perfect for us. I'll use these guys again; it's FAR more convenient than using a hotel conference room. (Not to mention, cheaper!)

Most of the offices have giant windows, cute signage and are decorated with unique personalities. If I was in need of a co-working space, I wouldn't hesitate to look at INDUSTRY. It felt really great in there. It makes me want to invent something and move in. But this review is actually in regards to it as an event space. I attended the Dear Jack Foundation 11/10 VIP Preview night here and was pretty smitten with what a cool space it was. In case you're unaware, Dear Jack is Andrew McMahon's foundation for AYA cancer research and support. The VIP preview night is essentially an acoustic concert and private gathering the night before the benefit. I was a little hesitant about the show being in an open-concept co-working space, but the acoustics were surprisingly good for music. The program had a nice feel to it and it didn't feel too cramped. There was also plenty of parking outside and the valet situation wasn't a hot mess, which is always appreciated. Cool place all around!
