Valoria gave me a tour of Progress today. The space is professional and quiet and has several types of modular rooms. It is down-to-earth and (very clearly) enables people to find the space that they need to accomplish the type of work for their job. It is well lit, with coffee and monthly food events. She is one of the nicest colleagues that I have met, when reviewing potential co-working space. I'm from out of town (Indiana) and she made me feel at home during my visit, but also it might become a solution for a person who will need to have remote work in the Aurora, CO, area. I worked out of Progress Coworking on two separate occasions over the years. The owners are super accommodating and responsive especially to my unique situation since I come to Denver to visit family frequently. There's plenty of space to work and I love how close it is to the Stanley Marketplace and all the great stuff in the area as well as the nice outdoor space. The 24/7 access is a real savior in my line of work as well as the high quality internet connectivity. Loved all the amenities as well which is just the icing on the cake and just the general great atmosphere and good vibes brought forth by Biff and Joe and the other cohorts in the space. An amazing co-working place, its dog friendly, walk-able to Stanley Marketplace, and the space itself is well equipped with uberfast WiFi, ample desk space for managing multiple laptops or screens, private phone rooms w/outlets and a welcoming lounge & patio area!! Biff & Joe, the owners are super personable & eager to help. Everything was immaculately clean, including the kitchen which was stocked with coffee & various teas, the cherry on top are the snacks, seltzer drinks and even free draft beer :) Also, I really liked the lighting, layout and atmosphere of the entire space. Progress is phenomenal. The place is spacious, with lots of desks and other furniture you can find your own spot on. Biff and Joe are the kindest people I've met running a coworking space. They treated me so well, accommodating all I needed there, beyond my expectations or even what I asked for. People were friendly, and it's so nice to have smiles as you go about your day. Really enjoyed my time working at this coworking spot! I was in the area for a week and needed a place to work remotely, so I reached out about getting a week-long pass. Biff, the owner, responded quickly and set me up with access for the week, and also checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly for me. Progress has a really cool, industrial vibe, with high ceilings and rustic, low, cube-type walls, and there's plenty of open desk and couch space. It's generally pretty quiet too, but there are several private rooms you can duck into for an important meeting or call. I usually like to work in complete silence, but I actually enjoyed the "pop orchestral" tunes playing quietly in the background, too. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities, like a fridge to stash my lunch, silverware, mugs, coffee, and a bowl of hershey kisses (yes, this is sometimes very necessary). Plus, even better, there was a variety of bubbly waters, snacks, and even Stella on tap. All this, along with fast Wifi, is all I need to be happily productive. The area is great too - super close to Stanley Marketplace if you need a change of scenery or a quick lunch. I never had a problem with parking, either. Overall, highly recommend this coworking spot if you're in the area and need an office-away-from-home. I wish I lived closer, because I would definitely become a permanent member if I did! I freaking love this place! Perfect location next to Stanley if you want to walk over for lunch or a beer... or both. You don't have to pay for parking, or ever worry about finding a spot. Love the design of the place. Free la crioux, all day, everyday. "We gettin la-craaazaaay!" The owners (Joe and Biff) are super friendly, funny, good hearted people that take care of any issues on the spot. It is open 24-7, with easy phone app access. This is super handy if your wife kicks you out and you have worn out your welcome at your cousin Josh's. Couches are very comfortable and the rugs double as a nice wool blanket. Before I joined Progress, I was making $40,000 a year. After a month of being a member, I have made over $1,000,000. I am rich now because of Progress. Basically if you join Progress, there is an 87% chance you will become a millionaire... in 1 month. But seriously, this place is awesome and I highly recommend. read more

Progress co-working is wonderful! The owners are very friendly (and around often), and the other coworkers are great as well. The place is quiet, but doesn't feel like a graveyard. There's ample room for everyone, and it doesn't feel super crowded. I love that they do occasional events and lunches every once in a while. I've worked in most of the coworking spaces in Denver, and in the top two is Progress CoWorking! The location is prime, right around the corner from Stanley Marketplace, so you can get a coffee or lunch or buy tchotchkes you didn't even know you needed. And then, you can get back to work in an open environment that balances work with the option for fun. Joe and Biff, who run the joint, are approachable, friendly, and want everyone to feel comfortable by creating a space conducive to getting stuff done but also to not feeling like just another "office." I don't know what it is, but when I work at Progress, I get more stuff done. They have private "phone" booths, offices, conference rooms, floating desks, dedicated desks, and all the amenities you'd expect from a stellar coworking space -- coffee, snacks, filtered water, and even beer on tap. And, for me, a working mom with three kids, the best part is probably the price. Of all the spaces in Denver, Progress is the most reasonable, the most realistic, and overall the best price for the value. LOVE Progress, and I can't wait to get back. read more

I was in between Progress Coworking and another coworking space in Denver. Here are the reasons I went with Progress: - A good amount of free, all day street parking around the building, so no paying in a lot or moving your car every two hours. - Their base membership comes with 24/7 access. A similar base membership at another location limits the days and hours you can work at the space. This might be more important for remote workers who have coworkers or their main office in a different timezone. With Progress, I could come in at 7 a.m. if I needed to get setup before an early meeting. - Quiet, clean, and aesthetically pleasing facilities with easy access to coffee, La Croix, snacks, etc. All of the furniture is nice, even in the common areas, and there are plenty of outlets. - The owners! So friendly and accommodating. You can tell they really take care of their members. read more
