I was invited , and got to experience the space gratis . While there I enquired about the rates to use the space ... Let's say the prices are a bit "out of my league & budget " ? Also , thought it exceedingly strange their operating hours , for this rent-a -"creative space "-facility,,,, are daytime hours only ? But another person might consider it as a memorable place to host their event or even joining as a member, to have use of this "co-op artist loft "?

There's a bar and food. I love the plants from every direction. The bathrooms are so clean and I was shocked to see such great products from lotion to hand soap. The wall art is quite quirky and fun which fits the space. I can definitely see this as a fantastic coworking spot. It's located next to some pretty tasty restaurants as well. I can definitely see us renting a space for a couple of hours for an event.

Lots of different office sizes makes for a variety of companies in different stages, which can be really helpful as a startup. I have worked from Cobalt many days and I really love how much work I can get done in the quiet and friendly space. I have also used their conference rooms a number of times and they are easy to book and great for meetings! I will continue to use the space and highly recommend it to anyone looking in the area! Move in was easy, and needs that we had upon our move-in were addressed quickly. The space itself has a modern warehouse feel to it, which is great for creative and start-up type businesses. The location is fantastic adjacent to great restaurants and amenities. And, the amenities within the facilities are good (not great like some of the expensive coworking spaces in Denver) but expanding. The kegerator is admittedly my favorite perk. I do wish there was a bit more encouraged collaboration between tenants (like happy hours), but we've only been here a month, so perhaps something is coming up. The space does what it needs for our business, and I'm happy that we've found Cobalt!

It is…read morevery spacious with a workspace inside, benches outside on the patio and a cafe for coffee and drinks. Cool concept, you don't see many coworking spaces that revolve around dogs. They even offer a daycare for the pups that comes in clutch. I initially visited this spot through the Denver Dog Moms event. I've returned because my dog loves it here and when I pick him up, he's thoroughly tired. Alex and staff are professional and welcoming. I know my dog is in good hands. Homedog also holds a lot of different events which is awesome.
