Very knowledgable, helpful and witty, they seemed to have put together the perfect team. On this particular day, I holed myself up in a conference room because I was on back to back calls, though that meant I didn't get to explore much of the layout. I'll have to do that next time. One major issue is parking costs, as there is some street parking, but mainly, it's a large garage across the street, which costs $18 for more than 4 hours. That said, there's parking just across the street! Layout has multiple seating, from couch-style, to communal table, to counter-bar-stool-style. A fairly bustling place, as there are a lot of people there, though it didn't feel over-crowded. The usual coworking amenities are available: Free beer, tea, coffee. Some snacks/soda for pay. Wifi is solid and fast. Day passes available. Bathrooms: Lots of them, all-gender, clean, spacious, and modern.

Most of the offices have giant windows, cute signage and are decorated with unique personalities. If I was in need of a co-working space, I wouldn't hesitate to look at INDUSTRY. It felt really great in there. It makes me want to invent something and move in. But this review is actually in regards to it as an event space. I attended the Dear Jack Foundation 11/10 VIP Preview night here and was pretty smitten with what a cool space it was. In case you're unaware, Dear Jack is Andrew McMahon's foundation for AYA cancer research and support. The VIP preview night is essentially an acoustic concert and private gathering the night before the benefit. I was a little hesitant about the show being in an open-concept co-working space, but the acoustics were surprisingly good for music. The program had a nice feel to it and it didn't feel too cramped. There was also plenty of parking outside and the valet situation wasn't a hot mess, which is always appreciated. Cool place all around!

I got a little lost at first, but Craig gave me the grand tour. Everything is clean, and the décor is quirky. I loved learning about the various coworking members from their profiles posted on the wall by the stairs. Impressive variety of backgrounds and skillsets. It's generally pin-drop quiet in here. I was self-conscious about making too much noise or typing too loud, but everyone seemed friendly. WiFi was strong. It was easy to lose track of time while being productive in this laidback space. Several reviews have mentioned the famous Friday lunches and other events. If you're looking for a regular spot, check it out!

Their online claim turns out to be true. Thanks to the owner, Craig, and everyone else there, I felt like a part of the space fairly quickly. Not only has it helped me find work, but it's connected me to the Greater Denver community.

We did run into a few snags while we were there, we had food delivered several times and every time the delivery person struggled with finding the entrance. It's not well marked and you can walk around the building looking for the right door. I did that upon my first arrival. The coffee machine charges for coffee but was not working properly while we were there, so we had to order Starbucks in. Parking is not included and there is a pay lot next to the building, I would think there would be some sort of validation arrangement but no luck. Amenities include a yoga studio, outdoor patios, a 40 person training room, a cafe, a pub, lounge, 24/7 security, conference facilities, and on-site management with scheduled networking events. One of my favorite art galleries moved their offices here and has provided art pieces to hang throughout the complex. They recently invited me to an open house which allowed me to explore the entire building while looking at their art. This is a huge building and it has been very cleverly repurposed with both striking architecture and functional design. It is certainly worth serious consideration as an office location.
