I have autopay which has ensured that I was never late on a payment. They snuck in a filled over 800$ on my tank without notice. I called to ask for time and split payments and solutions on this bill. The autopayed it anyway and now I have a huge credit that they will not refund. They accused me of late pay, and said I would have to find another company and tank before issuing the credit. Unethical, poor business practice, rude and ill informed by miss Lisa in the office make me want to seek an attorney.

I came across the information for Mile High Propane- and decided to give them call. Everything about this company screams expertise and professionalism, not to mention affordable which made it easy on the budget. The entire process was beyond impressive, from the initial phone call and the service I received from the office level to the actual delivery and the promptness of the driver as well as his positive attitude, and just getting the delivery made as efficiently as possible- no shortcuts. I received my invoice the same day- and the pricing was exactly as discussed when I called in. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the Conifer area. Thank you, Mile High Propane, for going the extra mile. You have definitely earned my business, and I will pass your name along to anyone I know.

The initial reason I went with this company was because the person I spoke with on the phone was…read morereally good spirited & very helpful. It didn't seem like an initial "transactional" conversation. When the movers arrived, I was surprised to see 3 as I had only agreed to two, which obviously made the price go up. But I lived on a third floor apartment so I let it pass. About two hours in one of the movers left, & I was told another would show up, he didn't until hours later. The gentlemen seemed very nice & I assisted with moving things, providing waters & Gatorade's as well. At a point I had to leave to get my son, most was done but I did ask that they make sure to get the heaviest items out as it is only myself so I wouldn't be able to move them. We agreed to meet at the house we were moving everything to. It took an hour & a half for them to arrive although the drive was 30 minutes & I was still charged for that extra hour as well. The movers moved things in a rush, I recommended little things like removing dresser drawers (& offered to take them in myself) they didn't want to & ended up damaging my walls & staircase. My couch was damage, my walls, staircase, door, son's dresser & they left sooo much stuff at my apartment. When I raised concerns to Wight, he said "considering everything I have done for you" as though that erased the damage to everything. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone, & do wish I could give less than one star for this move. They are smart in that I paid thru Venmo & Zelle so I can't try to fight to get my money back.

The weed smell was extremely strong coming from the truck. I can only assume they are getting high while working and also driving which is not cool. At the end of the move the workers stood in front of me and basically pleaded for a tip. Kept telling me how much tips matter in this industry and how they really rely upon them, yatta yatta. Well begging for tips is not how you get them. Here's a tip for you, don't get high while you handle peoples things and maybe you will get extra money. Before this they even showed me their vape pen and offered me a hit lol. Talk about professional... Stay far away from these people. They don't do great work and are just trying to do the least they can before they leave. They are not willing to work the way you want they must control everything, not how it works when you are being paid for hourly labor... You work the way the client wants even if it is a little harder because the client is paying hourly. They will argue about the truck and where it should be parked, even 15 feet difference and they will argue with you and waste your time. They work pretty slow as well as not very smartly. Half of my boxes were upside down of stacked sideways when they are very clearly labeled which end is up. They ended up damaging a door frame and a couch by forcing it through. I only found out about this later on after they left because they tried to hide that anything happened. If you want your house to be potentially destroyed and things broken then hire these clowns. Their circus will be happy to work stoned and breake things for you.
