It was our FIRST TIME taking a cooking class together and so glad we did! Chef Maddie and Chef Andre were both wonderful... APPRECIATION: We definitely appreciate the pizza and pasta that we go out to eat so often so much more! It does take a lot of work to make pizza and it was very difficult to make Ravioli! RAVIOLI: I must have tried 6 times by the time I got it to look like a ravioli!!!!!!! I realized that I was the last person to leave!!!!!!!!!!! The nice LADY sitting next to me said we're going to Costco to buy Ravioli! And I said me too!! The CHEFS put a lot of passion and effort into the classes. There was so much to clean up! This CLASS makes me appreciate the FOOD and the CHEFS so much more. I highly RECOMMEND taking a cooking class for some fun and making great memories with your friends, family and loved ones! CRITIQUE: Would have been so much better with regular dough and not gluten free dough ROCK ON KITCHEN FANTASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I booked a cooking class online thinking we'd be making all of the dishes listed and hoping we'd do an okay job. We booked the Provençal Nights: Classic Dishes with French Flair class for a Sunday afternoon. When we first walked in, we were warmly greeted and got a packet with all the recipes and ingredients listed out for each dish. We were also told to take a seat around the kitchen, and we were surprised to see that we wouldn't be doing the cooking but instead would be watching and learning from Chef Robert. We started right on time and enjoyed watching, learning, and asking a few questions as Chef Robert explained each step. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient in the kitchen. We were fed different plates as we moved through the class, and it was helpful that we could take notes on the specific flairs or preferences Chef Robert had for each dish as he went through them. I would strongly recommend taking one of his classes. The food was also very delicious, with lots of different flavors that weren't too overpowering. They also included a 10% off discount after the class, and we ended up getting a nice pan to take home. If you're looking to take a cooking class, please note the different between the demo classes and the interactive classes. We did a demo class, where we basically watched, asked questions, and ate what the chef made. Interactive classes are the ones where you do it yourself from what they explained. We're definitely looking forward to checking out an interactive class in the near future!

Chef Robert Finnelay was the best!!!! I just came back from the Filet Mignon and Chicken class.... AMAZING!!!! Highly recommend and would go back to the same class, again!!! The kitchen was small and could be bigger for him to work in, but it worked. The food was EXCELLENT! Bring a bottle of wine or something to drink and share... Well worth the money!

Came in looking for a food processor replacement. They did not have any currentlyin stock. We found so many fun things that jolted our imaginations. Oh man, you could go nuts in this place. We bought some pizza tins and some candy flavorings for making gummies that our grandkids love. The customer service here was good. I appreciated that the woman who worked here was familiar with the products in the store. Most of the time these places are super expensive, but this place was decent. If you have never been here before, come check it out. Be careful though, you could leave here broke LOL

I was so excited to take a class on how to do Macarons. Although the instructor was very sweet, I was very disappointed, as you can see in the photos below. They looked nothing like a Macaraon as seen in the photo of the pastel colors.

This is a unique, established small business that probably has the most comprehensive selection of kitchen items in the valley. Forget the big stores, shop small here to get any kitchen tool or gadget you need. They have good quality merchandise along with economical options. Spatula? They probably have over a dozen in every material and price. During the shutdown in 2020 they supplied customers with good quality yeast and fresh flour of many kinds when the stores were all out. Way to support the community when we needed it! Though I've only shopped there, they also offer services like knife sharpening and cooking classes. The staff is nice and helpful. The store is in an easy to find, convenient location by the entrance to the center. I'm a foodie who loves to cook and use a plethora of kitchen gadgets, so of course I love going there. Obviously I highly recommend Kitchen Fantasy.

After the knife was sharpened, notice the black paint missing right above the word Colorado.

Even after the 1st day my meals at home were suddenly consistent and significantly better. 12 weeks later and I am confidently relaxed in my kitchen. I enjoy the ease that I feel now; from preparing dinner, menu planning, temp control, and little tips you just can't learn on google. Learning in person from Chef Jason and Chef Ben with a group of funny, eager, and caring adults has really shaped how I can give back to my family. This was the common denominator for all the students in our course. We wanted to learn a new skill to share with the ones we care about most, our families. "I haven't made a sh**** meal since day one of this course" - quote from my fiancé Take the leap and invest in yourself and your family plus laughing about it along the way is always a plus.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The class covered all the bases of what you could learn in a beginners cooking class. From potion, to fish, to veggies, to knifes skills it is a good balance. The pace was not too fast but not too slow. We would learn about a subject, watch the chef cook it and then do it ourselves. I really liked my chef instructor explained things thoroughly but not overly controlling. One of the best parts is you got to take your a recipe sheet home with everything you learned that day and the food that you made, my husband and my kids always loved that. Over all it was a great experience and I will be back for more classes!

I don't have enough good things to say about Chef Teri! I contacted her to inquire about doing a…read moreteam event with my direct reports, and she came to my house to do a cooking lesson with 7 of us. Everyone had the best time, and the food was incredible. Chef Teri was super responsive from my first email, and she made the booking process easy. I had my team peruse sample menus on the Eatsies site, and we landed on grilled flatbreads with homemade ricotta and strawberry napoleon. The grilled flatbreads can be done with figs, but they weren't in season, so Chef Teri instead showed us how to make the delicious Piatti's garlic dip. Chef arrived with everything we needed (all ingredients as well as equipment). She started off the class by showing us some basic knife skills, and she shared good stories, tips, and tricks throughout the entire lesson. She was great about ensuring each of us got to try out every step so that we would really learn how to make each recipe. The combo of the grilled flatbread with the homemade ricotta (SO good!) and the garlic dip (almost like a chimichurri) was scrumptious! The strawberry napoleon was fun to assemble, beautiful, and delicious. That vanilla lemon whipped cream was *chef's kiss! We all got to enjoy the fruits of our labor right then, and we had some leftovers to send home with people. I think each of us have already made at least one of the recipes again already. The garlic dip is also an excellent marinade on any kind of meat. The entire experience was just perfect. Teri is incredibly fun and engaging, she makes recipes and techniques easy to understand and execute on, and the final product was so good. We will absolutely do more with Chef Teri in the future, and I would recommend Eatsies to everyone!
