Pretty good classic American Chinese food. My family and I come here pretty often for take out and it always hits the spot. I love to order their lo mein and sesame chicken. There is only around two small tables inside, but you can eat there if you'd like. The food always is ready quick and on time. Overall, a good place for some quick food. read more

Hands down some of the worst Chinese I've had!!!! After multiple attempts to find something worth the high asking price, I could not. Not only have the portions been reduced and the prices raised, the food has gotten worse. This place used to have great prices and food. Not anymore. Ordered wings last night dry, old, no flavor. It had been a while since we got food from our local place, so we gave it a try tonight. We got egg drop soup, crab Rangoon, a tofu dish, and a shrimp dish. Everything was delicious and the main dishes came in huge portions, enough for at least two meals each. The Rangoon was light and crispy, not at all greasy. We will definitely return! read more

Their food is good. At first I was hesitant to try their food as I wasn't sure how will the Chinese food in Brockport will be but I still gave it a try and I don't regret it. I tried their House Lo Mein, Cheese Wonton and Chicken Fried Rice. I really like their House Lo Mein, it has shrimp, chicken and pork in it, however I ordered it without pork. They gave a lot. We ordered the large House Lo Mein and me and my friend couldn't finish it. Whenever I go there, I order House Lo Mein. Their cheese wonton is pretty good too. Again they give a lot. I liked the wonton as the shell was crispy and the cheese was soft and smooth. However I didn't like their chicken fried rice. The rice wasn't cooked properly and they had onions in them. I don't like onions in fried rice. So overall my experience in Kitchen express was good. The staffs are friendly. read more

Never had a bad meal or miss order before Friday night. I ordered Shrimp with snow peas(large) and Shrimp with mushrooms(large) for take out. I received Shrimp with mushrooms and mushrooms with snow peas(NO SHRIMP). How do you not put SHRIMP in a SHRIMP dish ? I will have to check my order before leaving from now on. Finally tried this place, and it was great! We had the bourbon chicken, and the chicken szechuan. LOADED with fresh veggies and chicken (seriously, you couldn't fit another piece in the container of you tried.) The szechuan sauce was really good. They also have great eggrolls, best ones we have had in a long time. It was about $20 for 2 eggrolls, 2 quarts of food, and 2 pints of rice. They forgot to give us our eggrolls and even chased after us down the street to get them to us. It's well worth it, give it a try. read more

Okay, so my husband who gets hungry 3 hours after eating, on Christmas Eve, gets hungry. It's 9 o'clock at night and he sends me out. Being the loving wife I am, I go and take my little brother with me to navigate through town. My brother and daughter are also hungry by the time I get there. The staff there make you order fast- like okay what else- is that it? And then run away to the back to start cooking. That's a bit annoying to me but it might just be how they do that in that part of the country- I'm from Texas so we have a slower pace. We ordered 3 meals to share between 8 people in the home. My brother got a spicy shrimp and rice dish- which the person he shared it with both said it was delicious. My daughter shared with my parents and they got the orange chicken- I tried a piece and it was far better than what my husband, son and I had which I was the General Tso chicken. Strange because they are both chicken dishes so the chicken should've been consistently cooked. While the orange chicken was tender, the general tso chicken was over cooked and their fried rice isn't very tasty either. Their egg rolls are just okay. I was so excited to find a local Chinese take out...I was severely disappointed. The dumplings are HUGE and extremely doughy (even the friend ones), the egg rolls were completely bland, they had not taste what so ever. The bourbon chicken was okay (it's why I gave them two stars), the beef lomein was okay according to my husband. The general chicken was edible but it's no place we will eat from again. We asked for some sweet & sour sauce for the eggrolls and they gave us packaged duck sauce. read more

Unfortunately there are not a lot of options for Chinese food in Brockport. I have eaten here many times and consistently get inconsistent food. I've had burnt lo mein, over cooked chicken, and food that is bland. Out of the 10 times I've eaten here, maybe twice my food is right. Tried this place twice and haven't been impressed either time. I got sweet and sour chicken and chicken fried rice. Portions are good but food is pretty bland. Chicken for sweet and sour chicken wasn't crispy at all (heated it in the oven). Sweet and sour sauce was mildly flavored. Chicken fried rice had no ingredients but a few pieces of chicken and onion. I like it with peas and egg and stuff, was just very boring and bland for me. The egg roll was pretty good. Was going to eat there but it was absolutely freezing, even the staff were wearing coats. They don't let you get your own sauce so I asked for extra soy please and got 2 packets. I overheard the next table asking for the broccoli that was supposed to be in his dish and the lady responded that they add 4-6 pieces. He found one piece after digging but she didn't offer him anymore. Not thrilled with this place, the one in Holley is way better. read more
