My project is not completed yet but so far it has been a pleasure to work with these professionals at ProSource. Building is a new experience for me and I have found both women to be not only professional but extremely knowledgeable and most importantly patient with me as I navigate the building process. With respect to plumbing and bath fixtures-I have had many many questions and have made several changes and adjustments to my original plans. Tracy has always been available to meet with me, speak by phone or by email to discuss many of my choices and concerns. She has gone above and beyond to help me achieve the "look" and quality I want. At one point after placing my order Tracy discovered a product I loved had been discontinued and she searched high and low to help me find it! What wonderful customer service! With respect to lighting-Melissa has really helped me navigate the confusing world of lighting and fans. She too is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I have had many lighting questions and made many changes to my original selections and Melissa is always available and willing to discuss this with me. She even visited my home build site to ease my mind about my fan dimensions! In summary, the experience of working with Tracy and Melissa at ProSource has made me feel as though I am part of a team whose goal it is to create a beautiful home for me and my husband. I am in the last stages of building and I really can't wait until everything is installed to see all our efforts come together. Thanks ladies!!!

His hard work coupled with his team's mastery at installation produced an excellent result. We could not be happier with the way our kitchen has turned out! We met Angie who was amazing and really knew her business well. Angie held our hand through the process of designing and delivery (early on we lost our contractor and had to do the work ourselves which wound up being preferable) and we were so "covered" by Angie's knowledge and expertise and she kept us at ease. All the staff I encountered at Liberty Stone were enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. I saw a reminent I liked my first visit and put a deposit on it. They held that piece for me for 3 months. The people that work the front desk are very nice and helpful, but to get to your consultant takes an act of congress. My consultant is either sick, on vacation, out of the showroom for training, or "catching up from being out of the office". Over and over again. Repeated emails, calling the showroom to speak with someone else only leads to them giving your consultant a message to call you which is not prioritized. It can take weeks to get a response and get your choices ordered. I didn't want to buy from Lowes or Home Depot bc warranty work is hard to deal with (in my experience). If you order from Ferguson online, you are at the mercy of contract delivery and installation people, so you have to go through the showroom. Thank heavens my appliances are all ordered now - painful process. I only dealt with one showroom consultant and it may be different with others. The delivery manager, after a snafu with scheduling for the first delivery and in response to my survey results, personally called me and gave me his cell number in the event I had any further deliveries - which I did and they were seamless.

During the sales process, they were great and creative, but once the contract was signed, their real face was reviled. They had staff attrition, the person we worked with during the pre-sales left, and they didn't bother to tell us. At that point, we should have terminated the agreement. - They completed a one month project in 4 months - The quality of the work was terrible. They didn't measure many things accurately; some cabinets were damaged when they were delivered, and some cabinets cracked before the project was even completed. - They promised to manage the project, and they did none of that - They ruined our hardwood floor and refused to fix it. - Leslie who ended up leading the project was rude to other vendors and us and not attentive to details at all (she didn't even come to see the completed product) When we started working with their team, we found out that every vendor they contracted with to complete the work had complaints about them. We chose to work with them because of the great review on Google and the pre-sales. Don't believe these positive reviews and stay away from this company.
