Building is a new experience for me and I have found both women to be not only professional but extremely knowledgeable and most importantly patient with me as I navigate the building process. With respect to plumbing and bath fixtures-I have had many many questions and have made several changes and adjustments to my original plans. Tracy has always been available to meet with me, speak by phone or by email to discuss many of my choices and concerns. She has gone above and beyond to help me achieve the "look" and quality I want. At one point after placing my order Tracy discovered a product I loved had been discontinued and she searched high and low to help me find it! What wonderful customer service! With respect to lighting-Melissa has really helped me navigate the confusing world of lighting and fans. She too is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I have had many lighting questions and made many changes to my original selections and Melissa is always available and willing to discuss this with me. She even visited my home build site to ease my mind about my fan dimensions! In summary, the experience of working with Tracy and Melissa at ProSource has made me feel as though I am part of a team whose goal it is to create a beautiful home for me and my husband. During those months I continued to browse online. I saw a pretty speckled blue in a white quartz. I asked Yaro, the owner if he could find that quartz. He did but it was beyond my price point. I was extremely disappointed until my new countertop was installed yesterday. I think the countertop is perfect, the one from my first visit. Yaro was a perfectionist when he installed my countertop. This was clearly not a supply chain issue. Therefore, I contacted Dreamline directly, and I discovered that the order had never been placed by Ferguson. It was only with the direct intervention and follow up from the manufacturer that I finally received the shower doors. Dreamline was fanastic to do business with, and their product is great too. We hired Forest Millwork to replace our cabinet in our kitchen and add a new island. This is one…read moreof the worst vendors with whom we have worked. During the sales process, they were great and creative, but once the contract was signed, their real face was reviled. They had staff attrition, the person we worked with during the pre-sales left, and they didn't bother to tell us. At that point, we should have terminated the agreement. - They completed a one month project in 4 months - The quality of the work was terrible. They didn't measure many things accurately; some cabinets were damaged when they were delivered, and some cabinets cracked before the project was even completed. - They promised to manage the project, and they did none of that - They ruined our hardwood floor and refused to fix it. - Leslie who ended up leading the project was rude to other vendors and us and not attentive to details at all (she didn't even come to see the completed product) When we started working with their team, we found out that every vendor they contracted with to complete the work had complaints about them. We chose to work with them because of the great review on Google and the pre-sales. Don't believe these positive reviews and stay away from this company.
