Went back, installed it, had the tenant present to say they had tested the washer and it was working correctly. Asked for another $185 payment immediately. Told him my co-worker had taken the office credit card home by mistake and I'd have to get it back before I could pay invoice. Next day I texted him and said I hadn't forgotten him and I'd pay as soon as credit card was returned to office. His response? He sent a new invoice with a $50 late fee added! Less than 24 hours after the repair? Put a note on the new invoice: "Installed valve but didn't receive payment. Payment is and was due at time of service. Had to uninstall parts and wait for payment before going back to install." 1. I am not paying a $50 late fee for a 24 hour delay. 2. nowhere in the paperwork or phone conversations was it stated that Dominic expected payment the minute he finished the job. 3. he did NOT have to uninstall the part and reinstall it... he told my coworker that he had uninstalled it and would have to go back, which was not the case. I am not sure why he would lie about that. 4. we will not use this company again.

They came and took my rental building, while no one was home, without calling, and with all of my property in it. I called the very next day to inform of my intent to pay and set up a payment date. I told the woman when I was going to be able to pay, and I was told that it would not be a problem. Nothing was ever mentioned during this call that about only having 15 days to make a payment. In fact, the day that we agreed on paying was beyond the 15 day period. Yet, again, nothing was said about them taking ownership of my property. On the original agreement date to pay my back balance I called to regretfully extend the payment date. Again, nothing of my property being relinquished was mentioned. I did this two other times, and again, nothing was ever mentioned about my property. I paid my back balance, and a re delivery fee, assuming that, as I was told originally, my property would still be in the building. I paid for them to redeliver an empty building. All of my memories, tools, dishes, daughters clothes and crib, things that I cant get back.. gone. Taken by this business's employees rummaging though and taking whatever they want. The exact words used by Leon Helmuth were "we let some of them them [employess] go through it, some of it was thrown away, and some of it was sold." but did not keep a log or any type of record of what was sold or given or thrown away. That is very unprofessional. Why wasn't I told during this 4-5 calls that my property would be taken? Why wasn't I told when I called to pay the back balance and told the gentleman that I wanted redelivery of my rental building AND property? It was nearly two weeks from the time I paid up to the time I had to reach out (for the second time) about redelivery. Were they giving away and selling me property during those nearly two weeks? The communication internally and with customers is non existent. There are two different companies and if you try to call them they bounce you back and forth between the two until you get put with someone who doesn't know how to properly handle the call and made a claim that was not kept. And after a conversation with the delivery driver while bringing the building back, he told my wife that we were liars. That we never called to arrange repayment. That we never called back periodically to update. So in conclusion, the rental company parent company do not communicate with each other, and because of that they have Pineview employees in possession of my daughters clothes, my family heirlooms and tools. I'm still waiting to be sent a copy of my rental agreement. I would also like contact information for your regional or district manager as well as contact information for your parent company. Please reply in a timely manner.

I finally found out how to add money to Venmo to cancel out having to meet with the owners having an attitude. I sent the money they sent the code to get my items. When I get there the owners barge in front of my 4 year old daughter and say hi I'm the miserable bi***. I had to take my daughter to the car because the owners were both looking mad and shaking and saying I didn't pay them. Her husband went to the car when I put my daughter in the car like he was getting a gun. After a month and a half of no part and various excuses related to health of a family member, I requested a refund. Communication was difficult throughout. After pressing for my money, I was told a refund check was mailed on Feb. 25. I waited seven days, but no check arrived. When I followed up, Mr. Atkinson offered to "stop payment" and bring a check. Based on the pattern of behavior, I informed him I would only accept cash. Provided a partial refund because he decided to keep the diagnosis fee. Would not recommend.

It is dishonest to charge a person for the install when the install is not yet completed. This guy is a complete fraud and con man. Stay away from this guy.
