This was clearly not a supply chain issue. Therefore, I contacted Dreamline directly, and I discovered that the order had never been placed by Ferguson. It was only with the direct intervention and follow up from the manufacturer that I finally received the shower doors. Dreamline was fanastic to do business with, and their product is great too. However, I will never do business with Ferguson again.

The home we had purchase a year earlier had a 220 wire on the porch. The wire was not boxed nor live. We had a generator that we needed to work immediately. I called Famebright whose technician James told me he could arrive that day. Amazing!! He arrived early and diagnosed that we needed to have have a box installed to support the 220 wire. He installed a 220 box. Our generator worked really well to power the house. We lost none of our groceries and had hot water and lights. All in the same day. It turned out we couldn't have power for five days until the power lines were repaired. I am so thankful for Famebright and the care and concern they had for our family.
